How strange, I did Z80 assembly on the TRS-80 at age 12, one program I wrote copied any program tape, even the "copy protected" ones with initial loader section to then load different baud rate main section. Motivation and interest make the difference in whether someone with a computer learns something
Wrong, I've been using a Linux desktop as my main home platform for almost 20 year and I can have a new desktop up and function in less than 25 minutes, much less than it takes to set up a windows box.
don't know about your workplace but can't function without smartphone at mine. multi-factor authentication one reason, system alerts another, besides the meeting reminders and yes actual phone calls
but the vehicle itself was only about 10% of cost of launch, so $110M in todays money for a Saturn V which didn't need multiple launches to get men to the moon compared to $90M for a Musk 8 oz bottle rocket.

indeed, father gave me pocket knife at age 10 and showed me how to sharpen knives. Also, he taught me how to solder, grind damaged screwdriver blade, file parts, etc.
