    Of course cigarettes are a real physical addiction (I should know, both my parents smoke), but one of the best aids for stopping people smoking over here in britain was one that was shaped like a cigarette, so you still had the habit of putting the cigarette in your mouth, and you didn't get that craving as well.
    I figured it was a good idea...

    I've used them in the past, but only to download the albums that they offer for free. Not owning a credit card, I wouldn't be able to say if they're trustworthy enough to give them those details, but for downloading free albums, they're lovely.

    Well, they don't mow your lawn unless you physically are unable to do so, then once a month or so, some men come round and do it for you, which is nice.
    And they don't fix the exterior or interior defects on your house for you unless you're living in a council house (one that's rented from the local government for really rather cheap), but if you do, they do...

    Ahh, no. Same across the pond in blighty. What Microsoft were on about was that they are shutting down the MSN chatrooms in all countries, except the US, where they'll be moderated. At least, that's how I remember it.

    the way i see it is that some bright spark in the RiAA's bright spark department came up with this idea ages ago, but the idea was shot down in flames because they were arguing that there were no legal uses for KaZaA et al, but now the courts have said that there are legal uses, just illegal users, they have the green light to go ahead with the project.

    ahh, like an official scottish qualifications authority test i once sat. It had 15 questions in it, there were 2 of them that were correct or relevant to the course....our teacher tore them up in exasperation, wonderful.
