    Just apply the blur filter. It's computational cheap and makes everything look nice. Pretty much like when beeing drunk (not everything looks that nice when you wake up, though...)

    Having worked in the gaming industry, I know that Eastern consumers definitely have a different taste. The "Americanization" process is going extremely slow.

    Stuff like wording, colors and game titles that are cool in the states and in Europe can be interpreted quite differently in Japan.

    Violent games ARE popular in Japan, but mostly the violent games doesn't focus only on blood and spilled guts. They want focus on the art of fighting.

    Is the culture to "blame"? Of course. So the gaming industry must adapt.

    Open source is good. Fine. But if the open source community is to compete with Microsoft, is "open strategy" a good thing? Like this mozilla strategy discussion??? The answer is NO!

    Sure enough, Microsoft has DEDICATED people reading this stuff. Access to it is just a click away. Market strategy is all about surprise. So I'm proposing a new movement. Open Source, Closed Strategy (OSCS). Seriously.
