    They are developing the program which will replace web forums - you post a message to predetermined mail account and everybody subscribed will receive it very soon (patent pending).
    File transfers and weather forecasts are planned in 2006.
    This will make a difference.

    Actually you had no choice - probably something was so disturbing for you in those years that you better addicted to game and escape a real world than get some very bad things to your mind.
    Addictions won't grow without some seed - you just quickly become bored, and that's all.
    That's just some thoughts i came to analyzing my own habits (IANA psychoanalyst).
    Anyway - that's a part of your life - live with it, and nowhere near it's because of thet stupid game.

    it's called generics - actually your vector turns to be just malloced or new'ed int*
    yes man, you read it right - it's just the pointer to raw array, but the point there is that STL completely hides all the implementation details from you, has range-checking at debug phase, etc
    you _have_ to know closer the STL and techniques it uses to be any successful C++ programmer, you do!
    read some Alecsandrescu books on C++, worth it

    The Article is completely FUD.
    I've written a thingie which sits between winsock and apps, redirecting them through socks5 proxy transparently using Layered Service Provider API. So I traced a little bit what IE do.
    Let me ensure you - IE uses standard winsock functions with ordinary parameters as any app do.
    No conspiracy here.
    Probably author of the article had some experimental features of windows tcp/ip stack turned on, or just had lame sniffer.
    Where are at least packet logs to prove the point ?
    Seems very doubtful to me.
