They claimed that you can not copy their image. So it got me interested. Took me a whole 15 seonds to copy and save it.

I clicked on the Anti Image . By right clicking you notice they have a javascript disabling the button. So what I did next? Looked at the source code. Did a search for Viewing picture to find the img src. And sure enough it is a PHP script grabbing the image. It is img src="ai_load.php?id=demo_gat&name=test". So, I took that php script and it parametes and pasted it back to the url. So now I have http://www.anti-leech.com/ai_load.php?id=demo_gat& name=test and vola!! The page returns me http://www.anti-leech.com/pics/logo.gif which is a normal copyable .gif image.

Pretty basic if you ask me. And they are charging for this? This is a stanrd way of page retrieval and javvascript button disabiling.

You missed the point. I was just joking on your comment. The Shatner one was just a joke. But seriously if you wish to answer me the orginal question.

It's very easy to criticize, isn't it? Yes it is because one it is online and second it is freedom of speech protected by the consitution (./ and myself are in the USA). Third, I find it realyl funny for a bunch of people makign a commerical to get a TV show back. Corparate America; once it made a decision it will stay unless reversing that decision will make additional profits for them. If there are a few Americans that like it, so what? They can voice themselves all they want. If they really wanted to make a producting measure is the write several letter to the executives and the producers on how they will make more money for them? For example, promise to watch more of their commericals and but there crap.

If one were to hold your hobbies and interests up for scrutiny, would we all be impressed? Interesting question but I can not answer it. Perhaps a theorist or a theologian would be more suited for that.

Is everything you do fascinating, deep, and socially conscious? Of course not, anyone saying otherwise would be lieing through their teeth.

My son, I hope this helps you out on yoru road to wisdom =)

I highly suggest anything by Cambridge Soundworks. The craftmanship and the sound quality is compariable if not superior for speaker sets that cost twice their price. First I suggest is to find out what kind of sound card he has. If he has a SBLive, use the DIN (Digital) connector). If he has 5.1 sound card (center, front rear and center) get one that matches it. After you find out which sound card he has, walk into any store, and buy one. There is a good chance they may even have a open ox unit (after Christmas 100%). If there is not one avaiable, get one from BUY.com, good prices and they have copouns always comign out for the holidays.

Warrenty is great also. I have a computer subwofer plugged into my home radio and I blew it after 10 months. I walked into the store and on the spot they gave me a new one. Blew the same one, 12 after, again they repalced it with no problems. I even returned their speakers to the stores (with orginal boxes) after 6 months of usage for full store credit.

You may also consider spending an extra $200 (total $400) and get a complete audio system; like AWIA. You will have full surround capabilites, with cd, mp3 and tape players. I have mutiple machines and I use both options. I use the cambridge for gaem playing and the stero system for mp3's. If any questions, ask me.

Why did they even use a tape recorder in the first place? Could they not use other mediums that do not degrade? Yes I know Galileo is way over the predicted time of usage (was used several years after life expected). Considering there can not be any maintence performed on the unit, could they not of used some redundant drives? Or even redundant recorders? Considering it is space, where there might be radiation, high heat and cold? Either way, they build it to last a couple of years, and it was bound to fail.
