This just means that the more advanced nations will be able to create and perfect the technology to prevent some other nation or terrorist organization from doing it first.
If these nations didn't lead in development, someone else would. Could you imagine the anti-terrorist units around the world missing a major weapon development completely because it was based on science that had been banned by their governments?
Shinobi's a bitch, huh!
I bought that game expecting to walk through a very pretty ninja game. Not so.
As far as consoles are concerned - Personally I will buy the one that Rockstar Games is developing on. Man, that company is right on!
1. If this is a repeat story, how come you still got it wrong? Did you actually read the first time? Or this time?
2. Read the 200 other correct posts above yours that clearly state that Batman won. Read the comic and do some freaking research before you open your stupid mouth.
"In Colorado Springs, Colo., where he stayed from May 1899 until early 1900, Tesla made what he regarded as his most important discovery-- terrestrial stationary waves. By this discovery he proved that the Earth could be used as a conductor and would be as responsive as a tuning fork to electrical vibrations of a certain frequency. He also lighted 200 lamps without wires from a distance of 25 miles (40 kilometres) and created man-made lightning, producing flashes measuring 135 feet (41 metres)."
That's why he stopped doing wireless power experiments, he was producing gigantic lightning bolts coming off of grounded metal objects like signs and fire hydrants.
Um, thanks for that uninformed comment.
I know, at least at my college (UNT) Assembly is a mandatory class for all Computer Science majors. As is ELET 2720, Digital Logic.
IMHO, learning this stuff is important, at least important enough for them to have me take the class.
I'm taking both of those classes right now. We're using the 4th edition of Irvine's book.
It's like saying computer scientists shouldn't need to learn discrete math.

Tesla experimented with wireless power through pulses in the ground. From http://www.neuronet.pitt.edu/~bogdan/tesla/bio.htm
