Ajax is a trademark held by Colgate-Palmolive. Any use of it will probably provoke the giant.
It's ok that there's a new buzzword for everyone to use, but it's taken. Pick another! Perhaps Jesse Garrett should have used TESS the trademark search engine.
Cell phones do NOT emit ionizing radiation, and therefore they can not cause dna breakage and cancer (byproduct of dna breakage). The article does mention SAR of non-ionizing radiation, but those levels are too low to even move molecules.
Non-ionizing radiation is also not cumulative.
This study is spreading FUD.
" In a separate announcement in Hong Kong, where consumers tend to spend more time talking on a mobile phone than in Europe, a German company called G-Hanz introduced a new type of mobile phone which it claimed had no harmful radiation, as a result of shorter bursts of the radio signal."
Non-ionizing radiation is not cumlative, and would not make a difference if the signal was sent in shorter bursts.
I wouldn't be suprised if this research company in Germany is tied to this G-Hanz company (also in Germany)
Wtf were they on when they designed that?
The interface looks like its no competetion for the ipod mini. Interface isn't everything, but it sure does matter.
I need someone in the seattle area to assure me. Spare me the jokes...
If you are in the seattle area, sign up, and lets get this going. I may do the 3rd party assurance soon.
I worked for Cratech, they built the 'Green Machine', it takes (cotton) gin trash and converts into gases and activated carbon (for water filters) and the gases are burned in a generator to produce electricity. Here's a link to that very process and pictures of the machine I helped build. This process could be used to convert almost any biomass fuel into electricity.
I'm surprised that noone mentioned Asterisk yet. Its a soft pbx that handles sip/h323 and even pri/t1. We currently have a 4 port T1 card with a 23 voice channels on 1 T1 with a bunch of Cisco 7960 phones loaded up with SIP firmware. It works great, and we saved a bunch. (I don't work for digium, btw)
You could possibly install Asterisk and use this sip service as a gateway.
Slashdot to be site of many more dups
I am not a num^Wscript.
Don't be a jerk. I'm a geek and this shit matters to me. Don't like what slashdot reports? Don't read it.

Those sizes are in Megabit not Megabyte. Making the cart only 64Mb
But that is only for the past year. Harldy worth it, IMHO. If they provided the last 5+ years, then it would be worth it.
That's why they tell you NOT to move your arm! Mine didn't hurt. I didn't flex my arm at the anticipation of the pain.
Google Groups messages from David R Foley
He claims his office was broken into and his inventory of DSS H cards were stolen....heh
Someone at NASA is a fan of Paramonunt's 'Deep Impact' (1998)
There is, although not from rockstar.

Don't they have protection from naming their sources? They are jouralists right? Online or offline its still news reporting.
Correct, so we agree. Ionizing radiation CAN case DNA breakage, but cell phones __DO NOT__ emit ionizing radiation.
Ultraviolet light IS ionizing.
ONLY ionizing radiation can cause dna breakage

After seeing google suggest, I built the same thing last weekend for CPAN modules. It's at http://teknikill.net/cpan/
The next thing I need to do is include the value of the dropdown box and limit the results on that.
On the bottom of the DS, it says "RSA Secured" This could well mean it supports WPA.
I DID get layed off Dec 1 last year. F*ked up my life too, cause I wasn't prepared for it.
Brought to you from the asses at smoothcorp
The site must be hosted on a mac. hahaha

M$ is full of crap. They said they would increase the storage limit, and now they are saying it again. Hotmail is STILL at 2mb.
I use the WWW::Hotmail perl module to forward my email to Google Mail anyway. So in a sense, I do have 1gig of space with hotmail.

I did the mailto: thing first. I even emailed them about it, but I received an email back from a clueless person
MailTo for Gmail

Exactly. This guy is lame. This 'art' (haha) is not an excuse to break the law.
not being a mutant?
