It uses DirectX. And Windows binaries are larger than Linux ones. Don't get me wrong, I use Linux almost exclusively-- I wouldn't mind an extra few kb bloat to run it, just as long as it runs. I've been drooling over Farb Rauch's stuff for a while now.. Only if they released their source.
Not just that either. I tried it out on my desktop computer to serve my anime, and it slowed to a crawl when one of my friends tried to download a 700mb file. I was able to stop it easily, upgrade, and try again. Same problem. I don't recall which version this was, but Apache 2.x is just not good enough for me. It was having troubles on my multi-user (2000+) system and it was slow, crashed from time to time, and was just a royal pain in the ass to work with. 1.x works. It works well. I'm going to keep on using it until I'm forced to switch. And new versions are still being released, so that won't come for a long time.
Alternatively (to anyone else out there), 1-26 are the Stand Alone Complex episodes, 27-30 are 2nd GIG 1-4, 37-40 are BIOS, and 47-48 are the first season "science files".
The other day I was watching an untranslated version of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG BIOS 00, and they had a clip in there from an interview with the Wachowski brothers and they were talking about their favourite anime titles. One of which was GitS, and later on in that "episode", they had some clips from The Matrix in there. Oh, only if there was a subtitled version of that I could watch so I could understand it a bit more..
What are you smoking? Stand Alone Complex is one of my favourite series out there. And Innocence looks like it will be more like SAC than the first gits movie, despite supposed to be taking place directly after the first movie. Oh well.
I have the same setup here. The problem is the realtime blackhole list I believe.. It blocks out IP addresses from dynamic sources, and that DOES include DSL and cable, even if the IPs hardly ever change. Workaround? Use the ISP's smtp servers with sendmail.
My ISP just recently blocked the port we use for incoming e-mail. Our workaround for this is to get another box to use as a relay, set up a MX record in our DNS, point it to that box, then use that box to forward it to our port 5555 (example). Wish I knew how to do this with qmail. Oh well.
Sounds great, but "..Windows XP together with Linux or the Apple operating system" -- I didn't know that Apple would be releasing MacOS for other architectures. And I'm assuming it's not going to incorporate the PPC archtype.
I thought so too, until I got this client. I know that it seems lame to cap your upload, but on my connection, if your upload goes too fast, your download is shit.
I normally get high speeds on "DSL/Cable fast", or if I'm already uploading stuff, "DSL/Cable slow".
Ok, abuse me if this has been said before, but why is Neo wearing a blindfold in some of the clips taken from outside of the Matrix? Is this a consequence of what happened at the end of Reloaded? He isn't wearing it all the time, so I'm not sure what's right.
I checked out your Froogle search, and it seemed like you were right. Then I clicked on the complete list of results link. Yahoo!'s might be a bit more developed, I can give you that. I still like Froogle better.
Am I the only one here who felt more inclined to download that torrent after reading this comment?

Yeah, I know Fileplanet is evil, but I could never get ifilm movies to play on my computer (Linux).
But it'll be harder to search through at the same time.
He said income, not cost.

I know that this was meant to be funny, but am I the only person here thinking, "I fucking wish"?

P.S. See you in Hell.
It's still you (the uploader) uploading copyrighted material. Whether in part or whole, you're still doing it.
http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=145329 - Release candidate, but has reiser4 (among other things) if you don't want to put it in yourself. Gentoo not required.

link for the lazy
You should get that backspace key fixed, you know. I've heard that SCO UnixWare 7.1.3 solves that...
S-Video out or VGA projector. Take your pick.
The title says that it is the trailer. Nice troll attempt btw.
\. would be fine though, wouldn't it?

No, you don't need to be using Gentoo.
Erm.. kernel.org has more bandwidth than God. It's more likely that kernel.org will slashdot US instead.
