God and Gods were conceived in a time when humans did not have the tools or methods to properly research the world around them and thus "God" or "Gods" were put in place of understanding to provide some sort of explanation that any human could understand and accept without question...hence religion was the first form of government...I personally find it sad that in the year 2005 when we have developed the tools to create more tools or explain the un-explainable we are still following rules and guidelines developed in a different time completely...only religions that do not have a book with these "rules" just a way or "style" of living will be able to stand the test of time because in 5000 thousand years cultures and technology will be radically different from now and all of the rules of the bible and such will have been broken making everyone a "sinner" by the natural progression of new ways of living with new technologies...paper was once considered a "high-technology"...
Cooling is great - it prolongs the lifespan of your computer and even optimizes a bit BUT I have seen way to many articles on cooling your comp every hardware analysis site has an article on cooling and I ask what is so different about this one...nothing...Is it just me or do some of these H/W sites need to come up with more diverse articles? Alot of sites are great and do come up like Anandtech or Hardocp...It's kinda like those baseball/kids/hard-ass-turned-loving-coach movies - everbody has made one.
I have gotten sick to my stomach with this obsession in american culture of the Ipod...It's realy strange because it almost seems like Apple has some magical wizard working for them and brainwashing people all around the world...it's kinda like that car you see that has a body that costs $50,000 but has a lawnmower motor inside of it...I've owned 2 Ipods the click-wheel and the touch-sensitive wheel versions and sold them both for around $50...my own stupid fault for buying them in the first place...now I own a 512 MB Muvo TX FM that runs 12-15 hours with one AAA battery and I couldn't be happier...sigh when will it end???
Ok this message is for anybody using computers more then 10 years DONT BUY A POWERBOOK, I purchased one(and returned) and hands down it is not worth 1 cent of the extravagant price they ask for it this is a desperate plee for anybody who can't afford to buy a laptop then buy another one cause the other sucks anyways please do not mark this as troll because it is the straight truth and I am just tyring to save some smart people from some stupid headaches.

Maybe we should remind Mr. Jobs that he is not even #2 in the computer world and Microsoft released Office and Outlook for OSX but MS already made it for the #1 Selling OS in the world and still made it for the #2-100 or whatever lower rank you think OSX might hold, anyways point being if Mr. Jobs keeps making comments like that all he'll be left with is an empty flask no partners and a broke company running off a now defunct OS.
WOW Simply put I have not been so impressed with 96kb in a looooooooooooooooooooonnnnnggggggggg time I think stuff like this shows how rich and full this world is with intelligence, keep up the great work guys if you ever complete and sell this you've got my money:-)

I think with farscape you have to focus on the costumes, sets, and just all in all the diversity of the colors and ideas and from that it becomes quite satisfying although I did see a couple episodes that didn't seem that great but for the most part I think the series was ALOT more unique the any of the other "starship" tv series these days...

I have also ben programming for years and I do see your point but it iss my personal belief that the only people that our really supporting Apple atleast consumer wise are the fanatics out there that will only use macs the same kind of people that for instance call themselves professional photographers because they bought the "Pro" camera and case to go with it this is directly apparent with the Apple pro mouse which in reality
is direct opposite of what you would consider a professional mouse hmmm 1 button with a shiny white coat it must be professional! I think eventually this generation of "computer newbies" will start to evolve atleast mentally when it comes to decisions on electronics and as this happens more and more the wave of ignorance and blind "computer faith" that has been supporting the renewed apple will slowly but surely dissapate. If you see your bosses swiching to macs it is because one of their buddies sat down with them in front of an Imac and showed them how cool it is when you minimize it makes the window it get sucked into the dock and maybe the real-time thumbnails but under all that pretty user-friendly crap is a very unstable, exploitable, and very slow OS.
