Basically the article boils down to this: Final Fantasy IV is good for the GBA. Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time is good for DS. PoPoLoCrois is good for PSP.
Well, if you saw the movie, it seems the series would be short 2 characters. One major character (Walsh). Though I think Jayne is priceless in the whole series and in the movie....
...and if you saw the movie, then you would know that the characters name is Wash.

I completely and totally agree. I wasn't trying to say that global warming exists or not. I was trying to make a joke regarding when non-scientists use anecdotal evidence in an attempt to "prove" their argument (on either side of the argument). Maybe I should have shown both sides of the coin in my original post.

Take two movies, equal in all regards. Same script, same production value, same director, same actors (one live action, one as voice overs). Two equally great movies. It would be shortsighted to dismiss one simply because it's a cartoon.
I'm not talking about comparing Rainbow Bright: The Movie with Forrest Gump. I'm talking about shortchanging a great movie based on one of its many facets.
The critics seem to like it overall, and, skimming through the reviews, the ones who dislike it seem to do so for the usual reason: it's a cartoon.
Man, I just don't get it. Cartoons are great for anything with a fantasy element.

Live action has certain drawbacks. Sure, you can have beautiful people at which you can stare, but some things are difficult or downright impossible to do with live action.

When I was a child, my handwriting was always horrible.
When I learned cursive, my examples were never chosen as good examples (you can imagine what that did to my self-esteem).
After I started using a computer on a regular basis (13 years old or so), my handwriting turned into half cursive, have printed chicken scratches.
Now I don't like writing anything. It feels too foreign to write a note by hand instead of doing it with a keyboard.
This idea that good handwriting would be threatened in the future occurred to me years ago, mostly because I'm a prime example of this phenomenon.
