    Well children basically have no rights. They are pretty much their parents property, so no it doesn't violate their rights.

    That's why if I killed a kid I'd be charged with vandalism not murder, because I'm only violating the parent's right to property; and if the parents did it it's perfectly legal.

    Any conductor will work. EM waves get weaker exponentially in conductors, because of the extra term in ampere's law due to current flow. Also after assuming continuity of electric and magnetic fields and matching the solutions it turns out most of the wave reflects. Since aluminum is a better conductor than tin, it should work better.

    DRM uses security through obscurity as well. Everything you need to decrypt the data is in the game(It decrypts it). Therefore if security through obsurity doesnt work, neither will DRM.

    In Warren vs. DC the courts determined the cops have no obligation to protect you. They're allowed to let the criminals get away if they want. It probably is in the cops interest to do so in many cases.

    To rid ourselves of the spam menace, it is necessary to stop spam being profitable. If spam filters are more universally employed(at ISPs etc.), and the idiots who buy from them don't see the spam then it wont be profitable.
