The Australian government has passed a law banning the tides coming into effect on 1st September. A government official has announced that the new law will allow Australias to head to the beach at any time of the day this summer and be assured that there will be enough sand left to lie on.
What a stupid title... I know they are trying to get people to associated usage with something tangible, but comparing it to a website is silly. And the number of searches has no numerical purpose at all; apart from people who may have heard of it and searched it but will probably never play it.
Be interesting to know why they were not up to date with their Windows OS or the patches? Companies sometimes lag behind because of legacy systems. It would also be interesting to know what the cost of upgrading these systems are? Less than $300MIL?
Did you actually read the article? They are replacing the existing firmware with a new version with 'extra' functionality. The people who would not notice are the ones who would use the system out of the box and would not notice a hard reset. I am guessing a custom firmware users would notice.
BeauHD has been to journalism school; that is how they teach them to pad out stories these days. And it is totally relevant coz he posted links, that means (s)he did his/her research.
So this is their solution to VPNs? As blocking the trackers doesn't work effectively, how do they plan to bock the magnets?
Seriously if they ever get this concept to work; it will only create a vacuum that will be filled quickly but another hybrid solution for P2P downloading very quickly.
For example why would LTE be in a criteria for free and fast? Tokyo for example has great mobile coverage and speed, but not a lot of free wifi. Being a tourist having free wifi is better than no access because your phone cannot be used on the network or the cost is prohibitive. Maybe a better breakdown than what is in the article is required, because getting internet access in London is easier than Toyko; although the speed is not as fast.
Fracking is not the elephant in the room. The unknown effects of de-pressuring the gas seams and poorly completed wells are bigger issues that the fracking process.

Second most valuable listed company; for example Saudi Aramco is worth more.
Maybe it is a case of 'have to be a thief to catch a thief'.
Cause by rain yeah!, did anyone check to see where George Clooney was at the time?
Why are you calling them windmills? Do you have an aversion to the terms wind turbine or wind generator?

No, this is not a better punishment as it punishes the shareholder not the perpetrator.
I don't know what the other patches broke; as I run only 2010/13

Maybe they plan on losing another.
maybe the steering-clear and turn-your-head-and-cough departments need to have regular update meetings about new stories.
I thought this is an article on laptops? And memory is memory, right?
Don't need any keys if you cannot turn it on.
No, not totally true because no one is going to force you to buy a Samsung product, you have to see the value at the higher price for this to work.

That's because the population and ticket prices are larger. Monies made and tickets sold at box office has never been a good metric to measure a film.
Back on topic, I am not happy that my internet charges will go up to implement and police a system that will not fix the problem.

Pun intended btw.
Pirating music maybe part of the drop but there are many other factors. The world has changed, people play youtube music at parties now.
