    Especially good when your cell phone works in only one or two locations inside your house.

    I don't own either system, but I've been studying them and will definitely choose one or the other pretty soon. It's a pain trying to keep up with where the cell phone is in a big house.

    Hexadecimal sorta sticks with you. I still sometimes think of colors in hexadecimal when I'm stopped at a ff0000 light waiting for it to turn 00ff00 while my hair is slowing turning cccccc. :)

    But your idea may be effective given enough time and if we lock up the majority of them. If they're behind bars, they can't call. :)

    I owned a 1978 Fiesta. It was a blast to drive and got better gas mileage than most small cars today. The new ones look pretty sharp for a small car. Import 'em; I'll seriously consider buying one.

    Don't give a shit about Twitter, though.
    Or facebook, or myspace, or any other crap like that.

    Next on their list of wacky ideas would be banning dirty cars. Clean cars don't have as much drag as dirty cars and therefore use less fuel.

    The keyboard I use weighs nearly five pounds. It has a great action and I can type for hours without tiring. When it eventually quits working I have several more waiting to replace it.

    That's the only place I listen, too. I work out of my vehicle and my job covers several states. Sometimes there are no radio stations worth listening to in the small towns where I work. I like XM for the talk and news, not so much for the music. It's nice to be able to listen to Coast to Coast AM when I'm leaving home at 3 in the morning and driving 2 or 3 hours to work. Talk radio is more entertaining than music sometimes.

    Sure, if I worked in a big city I could use my laptop to listen to streaming radio online, but that's impossible when you're in the middle of nowhere.

    Good idea, but add the provision that a person could donate money ONLY to a candidate he was eligible to vote for. That way, money from outside the area (local, county, state) couldn't influence an election.

    We've had problems with money coming in from other states influencing our gubernatorial elections, and money from other counties influencing our county commission elections. Why should someone who lives 500 or 1000 miles away have a say in a local election?
