Perfect, as long as I and my loved ones can. I pay for insurance myself, and as long as I go to a preferred provider, I pay a lot less (even when I pay for my deductible, sometimes I've gotten as much as a 75% write-off with BCBSoMI [non-profit insurer). For-profit insurance may produce different results.
In the worst case scenario you can always vote from the rooftops. Oh wait, even airsoft is illegal in Australia. You and Britain can enjoy your police states, while in America corrupt politicians have nightmares of crazy libertarians voting with a.30-06.
Since when did corporate policies apply to corporations. Last I checked they only seemed to be applied when they felt it was to their benefit and it screwed the consumer.
This is what happens when a developer becomes a distrubor. They slowly stop caring about their gamers and making the highest quality product, and start to think primarily of profits. They even rush to market games that are not finished. They then abandon their development. It was promised that dod:S would eventually include vehicle combat (which it doesn't years after it was released). TF2 lacks basic class limit cvars, which have been in pretty much all tf games, as well as all of valves' DoD offerings, and tf2 also lacks the old %h %l %i variables from tfc).

Valve is getting complacent in its position. This needs to end.
You could always sue for replevin if the hard disk is your property.

I have read that there are 1000+ pages of sentencing guidelines that are mandatory for federal judges to follow, so you fail it. ps: IANAL, but IAALS.
Does this mean that any anti-Putin blogging will be noted and passed on to the "proper" authorities?

It would be a shame if their CEO happened to "disappear"...
The question is more along the lines of 'why should it be fine for them to mess with file downloads but not streaming video?'
Ron Paul hasn't issued a statement?
It would be a shame if the plaintiff's lawyers died mysteriously...
I smell a waiver/estoppel argument in the making for equitable relief against Valve. No, IANAL.

We can dream of that future.
Maybe in a direct x 8.1 rendering path. No way youre getting consistant 80+ fps playing tf2 or other directx 10 capable games.
I take it you've never gamed at very high resolutions with ALL the eyecandy turned on.
For that much money it better be for MY lifetime.
that is merely the det. The actual charge is never that small, especially in IRAK where they are trying to take out vehicles....
Courts tend to frown on malicious prosecution, even if the elements are met. IANAL.
I thought the meter was based on the dimensions of Terra.
Citing prison planet is like citing info wars... It's barely one step above citing the x-files.
Didnt Chernobyl use some type of molten metal in its cooling system instead of water?
IANAL. There are exceptions to the 11th amendment. Generally you can sue for injunctive relief in federal court, but not for damages.
How about blizzard sucks because they can't write code that is secure enough to not require invasive anti-cheat measures?
