After several years of hardly making any long distance calls, I did the same thing (switched to phone cards). If you shop around for those, your savings (even if you don't use the entire time on the card, as it will expire) is substantial when compared to paying a set fee per month (in my case, over $6). I found a place locally that sells 500 minute cards for about $15.00. In two years, I haven't finished either card! And for those modding, I am on topic. The cards can be used for INTERNATIONAL calls as well, although that 500 minutes domestic buys you about 15 minutes from the USA to UK.
Yeah, but it was $0.19 the other day (12/15) and it went to $1.45 (12/28), so a tumble back to $0.87 is STILL up $0.68 from two weeks ago...
FYI, the stock opened for trading on 01/08/2004 at $0.30, and on 01/22/2004 hit $2.50. Its been falling ever since then, until 12/27/2004 when this story first hit.
Seriously, this is a company I will stay away from. It might turn out that they have a real product, but from what I've read, and my experience in investing, the odds are this is bogus and will cost you money.
There are a LOT better companies to invest in. Do some research and you'll find them (no, I don't give stock advice, learned that lesson a long time ago, same for asking for it...)

Actually, about 291 million (figure released two days ago). When accounting for births and newly immigrated citizens - deaths, we add 1 person per every 26 seconds (more than 2 per minute) here in the good 'ole USA. So thats about 11 cents each, and that is JUST FOR THIS ONE THING. We give to every disaster, and we give when there is no disaster too (foreign aid). So back off! We give and give, and you take and take. We handled 911 by ourselves. Didn't ask for a dime!
147000000000 / 25000000 Iraqis SAVED from a brutal dictator and his crazy sons (who took
freshly married women from their husbands to
have sex with them, and who threw people into
plastic shredders for fun; head first for a
quick bit of fun and feet first for loads of
fun -- ie SCREAMS) = $5880.00 per life SAVED!
Money well spent.
The amount we give is the amount we give. It is
ours to decide. And it is usually (almost ALWAYS)
more than the combined giving of all others, so
back the fuck off. And I don't see anyone lined
up to aid us when we have problems (911). We
seem to be able to handle ourselves. And I hear
Sri Lanka turned DOWN aid, because it was from
Israel. Oh, to have that luxury!
By the way, I'm ashamed that you are an American
too! Your numbers are sickening, and biased.
If you don't like it here, I believe Canada is

I hear they play games outside the U.S. sometimes...
All told, all-things-movie (U.S. and non-U.S., theatre, rental, sales, merchandise, etc.) probably does still outweigh all-things-game (ditto above list), but look how far games have come!
And don't forget the crossover (ie, games that become movies and movies that are made into games)... That should be split, somehow.
That is why EA did this. Why the NFL did this is beyond me. Couldn't they have received more $ from more companies than from just one? And shouldn't this battle be won, pardon the pun, on on the field. With actual gameplay! The reason EA's sales lead shrank over the years is because the other game companies produced a product people wanted. Now, the NFL is saying to all those people, "Hey, we don't care what you think. You will play what WE want you to play!"
We need more breasts during the Super Bowl, and F bombs during awards shows (by foreign music acts no less) and bologna thrown at girl's asses so they can get breast implants (so they can go on the Super Bowl show the following year and show them to us).

performing recounts against said law, not to
mention the manufactoring of new votes by
removing chads (witnessed) and the non-counting
