  1. Not enough on AOL Blocking Spammers' Web Sites · · Score: 1

  3. Captcha-nator on Spam Bits · · Score: 1

I think the SPAM Captcha interceptor could be made better by including with a text message that says something like. Change the letter that is third (random position) to the letter "F" Random letter, or make the letter that is higher (on the page) in lower case. This would pretty much fool most character recognition programs as they would also have to decipher some message that is associated with it. Of course additional text DIRECTIONS would also fool some humans that would think they know better.

There were no real current Astonomy Picture of the Day references so I linked to a search on Saturn. This gives quite a few different views of Saturn and some other related material as well.

I'm wondering when the first article on just another "small time" serial killer will appear. This has always been an activity that has been burdensome on the public general and now is often criminal

I know I'm at risk at being modded down, but when I'm allowed to legally allowed to carjack or otherwise rob people to make ends meet, I'll have a little sympathy for this sort of person.

  18. A History to live up to... on First Review Of Return Of The King · · Score: 2, Interesting

Many have read the Hobbit, the Lord of The Rings and the Silmarillion numerous times. There is an expectation to live up to that does not exist with other movies. I re-read the LOTR within the last year, I'm wondering how much time will be spent after the destruction of the one ring (oops I gave it away) and the Hobbits return to the Shire. This was actually a significant portion of the last book. Of course it could be paraphrased just as the history of Sauron, and the book the Hobbit was in the beginning of LOTR>

I have a daughter in college, and I believe that they have blocked download sites, not for legal purposes (at least not entirely for those), but to conserve in the enormous bandwidth that those sites were consuming.
