Very little. Flamebait and Troll often cover a wide amount of the same style of ideas. I believe that if you eliminated one from the slashdot system, people would have no problem just using the other.

But, honestly, if you weren't such a newfag, you'd know these kinds of things. Sit around and lurk a little bit, and you won't be such an ignorant fuck.

First, ignoring the fact that said lawsuit also affects the classic controller (you know, for the Wii). And that the Gamecube controller can be used on the Wii. Also ignoring that said console is the cheapest of the three of this generation, and widely considered the best value. But, I guess if you irrationally hate [Nintendo,Consoles,Videogames], you probably think their prices are exorbitant.

P.S. if you were trying for "funny", you should try to add an air of truth to your statements. "Nintendo will just have to convert completely over to waggling now" is much funnier, but I doubt even that will get me modded up.

    sexual exploitation of children

Yup, considering most of those pictures no child is actually being harmed, I would say there's no reason to stop them. Why do you think otherwise? The children aren't being exploited in a huge percentage of this activity, so why stop it? Because you don't like it?

For the material where, yes, children are actually being harmed, something should be done. But it should never infringe upon the rights of the citizens to do so. And it also depends on what you mean by "children". A video of two 16-year-olds might be harming nobody, and yet there might (and have been, in cases like this) be charges levied. Considering the age at which a woman can get pregnant, our society is pretty screwed up pushing the "legal age" all the way up to 18.
