Or just buy an Xbox. $199 Canadian. Lots cheaper than a decent video card for a Mac. Sure, there are tradeoffs, but just think of how many more games you'd be able to play with a real system meant for gaming!
Actually, my employer is about to launch a pilot test to move the top 7 most critical systems from SCO to SUSE Linux. Thankfully, I'm going to have some involvement in it personally.
They told me that the move had to wait until they saw what would become of the SCO lawsuits, and I guess they've decided that SCO basically was a flop and they aren't scared anymore.
Repeat doesn't work for me. I need the GoTo statement, and even then, the periods after each line number totally throws off QBASIC, nevermind that none of those words are actual commands.
Hmm.. I was thinking about this sort of thing the other day... I remember when all the commercials were propping up their pads, stating how thin and narrow they were, and now, the same companies are promoting thicker, wider pads because the thin, narrow ones don't provide as much "protection." Geez, it's sorta like how Norton write viruses to keep their Antivirus software selling.

Not sure if FireFox is being tested on Windows or not, but this is in the advisory:
NOTE: Using an alternate web browser may not mitigate this vulnerability. It may be possible for a web browser other than IE on a Windows system to invoke IE to handle ITS protocol URLs.

You forgot: That Canada that burned the White House down in 1812!
...would be to have a lot of bands record covers of all the popular songs, and then just trade those cover songs on P2P networks... If the covers are done right, they'll sound pretty good, and often times close enough to the original, that we could fight back at the RIAA in this manner... Let's all contribute a song... Mine is a cover of Zao's 5 Year Winter. You can find it at http://rivir.tk/ but be warned, it sucks. I'm redoing the vocals sometime soon too, since they sound whispered... But anyhow, that's my idea. Who's with me?
You could spend your whole life waiting to spend your money. Or you can have immediate satisfaction by blowing it now. I see you have made your choice.
Even if Red Hat is the standard, didn't they state that they don't agree with the new license of X, and that they will work with Debian, Mandrake, et al, in order to get something else working? If so, then this is a good time for someone to point them all to Y.

Yup, I read /. on my Xbox using that linksBox or whatever it's called.
Who would subscribe to free software? Well, there are some Lindows/Linspire users out there, aren't there?
Runs good on my Xbox.
I tried doing this with no luck.

Must be psuedocode or something.
I'm still trying to figure out why I would waste $5/month on something that isn't Debian.
I wish they'd port this to Linux so I get to use this worm.
Oh, maybe WineX will run it?

I have reported eBay fraud to them by both telephone and email, and they really don't seem to give a damn...

Fate rolled the dice. It rolled a 6.

I have this picture of Neverwinter Nights running on a Palm Pilot and it's only what, a few GB or so?
They're also consistent in surrendering.
It's pretty sad and hypocritical for so-called Christians to cause others to feel that way.
Be the pimp.

And so why can't you just use Debian, and then if you want source compilation, tell apt to build the packages from source?
Yep. At least that's what the department says...

The sad thing is that I already knew that.
I guess it's not so sad, because the only reason I knew is from watching An Evening With Kevin Smith.
