        As I mentioned a month(?) ago, I'm working on a free version of a
        minix-lookalike for AT-386 computers.
    It has finally reached the stage
        where it's even usable (though may not be depending on what you want),
        and I am willing to put out the sources for wider distribution. It is
        just version 0.02 (+1 (very small) patch already), but I've successfully
        run bash/gcc/gnu-make/gnu-sed/compress etc under it. .............

    Yes, he did not copy it in the sense of copying an mp3, but he started on minix and wanted something similar.

    Most print magazines have letters pages with ongoing discussions therein.
    Its not uncommon to see discussion threads weeks/months after an original article appears.
    The main difference however is the amount of filtering due to space constraints.

    Following this link now shows things slightly differently with the UID 655766 being taken by "netolder" whilst the archive still shows the old one.

    The new netelder(41) now has no comments.

    I did wonder how the transplant would occur, and tbh now I think I wouldn't want to leave my comments behind and do it this way.

    The recorder should simply record always.
    At the push of the "memorise this" button, the current 1 hour buffer plus the recorder will save the subsequent hour as well.
    This button should also be linked to the air bag triggering mechanism for the same effect.

    I don't ever seem to get it (and I'm around quite a bit)
    i wonder if it depends on which machine you get load balanced into - the might be a none randomness in the order which may explain why some people get them a lot and others don't.
