My website is open to all. As for the birthday images, that's a negative on the tang. I knew I should've used more lensflare and drop shadow. Honestly, though, I just do those because I often have nothing better to do. And then I can at least make somebody a little happier for a little while?
And screw you, offtopic mods. I'll talk about what I want to talk about. My karma can take it.
This is a small key size for the scheme. On the website they have other challenges posted where the key size is four or eight times as long, which are deemed 'infeasible'. This was not a completely realistic security test of the ECC algorithm, they expected it to be solved. If this was used for real data, the key would be much longer and it would take probably a few billion years to solve.
1) The first stage will be comprised of the entire population standing on each other's shoulders. Distance: 176,000 miles. 2) Thrust for the second stage will be provided by shaken up coke cans. Stick it to those capitalist swine. 3) Remaining thrust will be provided by removing the vacuum tubes from the flight computer and throwing them behind the ship. 4) The return journey... uhh... screw it, let's invade a neighboring country!
In all honesty, I wish the Russians had the American budget. They have proven their worth more than once in innovation, and it's a shame they can no longer afford it.
in-house code, as well. The advantages of closed source coding seem to me to be a faster development time, stronger integration of components, and more support. The drawbacks, though, are that you are ultimately trusting somebody else. Open source code, I would say, is more secure overall - there are more people looking at the code, so it is less likely that bugs slip through. The drawbacks would be that open source is less custom-made and possibly less supported than the rest (also, as O'Dowd would have it, people 'contributing' backdoors). As for simply writing your own secure code (an agency doing this, that is), it's obviously just more expensive. The best solution, in my opinion, is to make your own custom flavor of Linux that is open to all, but contribution is regulated so no questionable code can be admitted - the tack taken by the NSA.
Somebody feels a little insecure about their rhythm....:-)
The goal was not for the robot to be the conductor - everybody knows humans are better. In fact, the robot's motion was most likely recorded from a human. The goal is to show that they can, to demonstrate the variety of things the robots can do (physically, for now). I certainly think it's a little less specialized than building a car.
I would imagine it needs new disks for this, for starters. Even if it doesn't, though, it talks about master disks - does that mean that this method of manufacturing is only affordable to large companies to distribute many copies of something? In that case, what do we, the users, need to read it? More accurate lasers? Regardless, more = better.
...it were real. This is basically a less cool version of the VW bug transformer video, which can be found here (sorry about the format). The creator of the video has an interview here, though the original site is down.
1. Talk to girls
2. Show off with some math.
3. ??? (chloroform?)
4. Profit!!!!
On a serious note, I think it's important to make sure they realize the value of relationships (of all kinds). I know people that have felt and I have certainly felt myself at times that the world is hopeless and friends aren't worth having, but the truth is, it's always a good thing. Whether you feel you may need help or not, it's always good to have somebody to turn to and sometimes you need a boost to get ahead in this world. In summary, it's not always that they aren't able to interact socially, but that they don't feel the need to.

I personally know a few doctors, and malpractice lawsuits have gotten out of hand. Insurance for doctors has skyrocketed to an incredible rate. Somehow there must be a balance between the two - let them sue, but not too much?
...what's his letter?
Perhaps.... N?

Q-RIO -> CURIO, I would imagine.

...is the slashdot effect.
Your car is much harder to steal. Two layers of security, not just one - but it is a cool hacking challenge. Any takers?
Will it cure cancer and AIDS before or after it eliminates spam?
Sure, they may like accessories from cut-down trees.
Me, I'm still waiting for my authentic ivory mouse and tiger fur coated keyboard.
yes, that was a joke
Or four lines longer than the review. Or five lines longer than the review. Or six...
...I'm afraid I can't do that.
Good call on that. I'd mod you up, but... well... yeah.

I'm surprised this slipped through, editors.

Its a miracle!

We'll have a legitimate excuse for not understanding what the brits say :)
If so, can I have the second oldest?
Woah....
But if the RIAA is making a racket, they might be infringing on the copyright belonging to these guys.

English? Nope. French? Nuh-uh. Spanish? Not that, either. Russian, Chinese, German? Try again.
The language I am of course referring to is none other than Klingon.
