    The #1 reason is that it costs 40x as much to live in the United States as practically anyplace else on earth. 50% of humanity lives on less than $5/day, and I'll spend more than that on my lunch.

    Especially room for advancement. Computer jobs still have little to no room for advancement, no matter what sex, gender, or sexual orientation somebody is.

  18. I accept that men and women have different perspectives, different viewpoints, and different view sets. And I agree with you and James Damore that in tech, at least, it would be well worth it to pay women 27% more than men to make up for the lifetime earnings gap.

    I love the idea.
