As a parent and as a previous child, the result of the research is known to me a long time ago. I actually use this technique at home with my children just like many other parents.

Man if there has been 7000 rockets on Sderot then most of them would have either moved from there or have been killed and the palestinians would have started talking back their land.
Get real Man. Next you will say that the resistance has more than 20,000 highly trained commandos and with spaceships waiting to attack "innocent" Israeli forces.
If any of that was true, no one have been having this conversation as the issue would have been over a long time ago.
IDF my man is the most equipped and most powerful Army or military presence in the region. Man they have over 230 nukes. the good thing is that they can't use them or they will destroy themselves too !!
To stay on topic, palestinians have had their children massacred and their land taken and given to some one else who is a victim of other ppl giving them illusions that it is theirs. I think that it is the palestinians who are talking desperate actions especially that they have tried legal actions through UN with no avail since it is either Vetoed by you know who, or just simply since Israel doesn't conform to any resolutions taken and they get away with it because of you know who.
Although I have to say that it might be a conspiracy to fool the gulf region and India into thinking IRAN is behind it since IRAN is not affected.
Nothing too small for the Bush administration to do. Yet, they don't have to bother themselves so much into cutting under the sea cables for increasing enemosity in the region.
This idea is old, and it is not done through magnetic cards, It is done through Chip Cards (similar to SIM cards) which has been around for a small number of years. Except that businesses have not put it into use yet. Maybe they are waiting for the market to mature.
You can have your personal info, credit card, debit card, another credit card, driver's lisence, etc. on one card. It is much more secure than a magnetic card, but if you loose it, you will loose all info on it.
The only thing that really remains is to find a way to implant it in the human body. Maybe we will see that i next 10 years.

Strange, How people lack so much decency. A similar incident happened in Beirut where an employee mixed up 2 different bills. However, the first customer to get extra cash came back in the morning and returned them. This kind of lets you know what kind of decent/indecent society you live in.
