I have a Dell 24" monitor and the 1080p titles mean that the PC equivalents will look quite nice. Marvel Ultimate Alliance looks and plays great on a PC with an XBox 360 wired controller. It is a cheap way to get a console beat um up experience for less than $100 if you have a good PC. The title is touted as 1080p and the visuals on the PC certain look great.
Sure being put on the index by the government doesn't seem like censorship at all. And of course somehow there are no violent books, videos, music sure...
simply passes the legal and media ball to them
That is where the ball belongs.
He also makes it clear that the European Union is working in the interest of their corps and not their people.
I consider Oblivion one of the best games I have ever played (playing it on a PC), and that is going back all the way to text adventures on the TRS-80 and Ultima ][ on the Apple, and Wizardry Crusaders of the Dark Savant. It is a massive game, granted Gears is also an excellent tittle.
People make mistakes. The optically scanned ballots are used here in Seminole County, FL. You probably haven't seen Seminole County in the news even in 2000, because with optically scanned ballot you get a quick count and a paper trail, the best of both worlds. Our new Gov. is off to a quick start, we seem to have picked a smart guy who want to get it right. Luckily we didn't get hung up on the fact that he is single and all that other stuff...
100% right. Somebody mod this guy up (I have no points). Use see the music industry would like DRM that works the same on multiple devices (i.e. PlaysForSure). The European NGOs and the like seem to say they want the same thing. The free market want no DRM. But your solution is the one that calls the bluff of these I am on your side Mentos.
I will be getting a 360 when this happens, the question is how to get a Wii (congrats to you on getting one), everyplace I go they are out of stock, at least I can enjoy Final Fantasy on the DS Lite in the meantime.
From Wikipedia:
Chris parked the car so that Liebeck could add cream and sugar to her coffee. She placed the coffee cup between her knees and pulled the far side of the lid toward her to remove it. In the process, she spilled the entire cup of coffee on her lap.
Wow thanks for the link it was worse than I thought, this has to be the worst way to add cream and sugar to coffee that I have ever heard of.
She got the coffee at the drive through and was drinking and driving. Look Nintendo is doing America a favor by getting us all off the couch, and we are all sick of these law suits, we need loser pays like the UK has.
I am currently playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance using a wired X-Box 360 Gamepad, and it is one of the best gaming experience I have ever had. I switch between it an Oblivion. What is interesting is I can do all of this on a Windows XP machine. I can also play MMORPGs on a Windows XP machine. Vista promises a lot of cool stuff, but isn't it really Nvidia and Dual Core CPUs that are the real attraction here? It seems like the are making DX10 Vista only for no good technical reason. Now maybe Live Anywhere has to be on Vista, maybe...
Thanks for the Steam tip, I was going to buy it used for the XBox but I enjoy my NVDA PC much better. Plus buying through Steam supports the developer and digital distribution as you stated.
Many protest have the exact opposite effect then what is desired. Why do you think the RNC always plans its' convention in a large city in a blue state?
Ok let's say the average user gets some premium Vista machine, the will also get a Core2, a harddrive with built in flash, and a real NVDA video card inside. This machine will seem light years ahead of a P3 or P4 with Intel integrated graphics and they will think Vista is full of awesome power...
There has got to be cheap way to do this at home. I remember seeing Quake 3 on like 24 monitors, if you used projectors you should be able to do this cheaply and maybe better...
XBox 360 and Games are all MSFT has going for it now. But why don't people switch? The answer is obvious XP works well enough for most people, of course that doesn't help Vista either. To me the place where open source will make up the most ground is on the application side. Linux may not gain ground for a long time, but Mozilla, Thunderbird, and Open Office will, as can many other closed apps.
From FTA: Darwinia, which is now being distributed via Valve's Steam service... This is the coolest part of all we are seeing a number of digital marketplaces emerge to support arcade style and independent game development. You have steam, 360 live arcade, MMOs, and more. The $$$ going right from the customer to the developer will produce more and better games for more diverse platforms then ever before...

For the current Pro model? Maybe making it the core system... So everybody gets a HDD... I hope this happens soon...
I always thought the best less is better example was Hong Kong under the British...
If you check eBay and see the PS3s with 0 bids I would say he is correct.

For enough money drinkypoo I would find you sensitve, smart, funny, and/or perceptive. Perhaps the same is true for this Katz fellow...
If Steven Segal can have an enery drink, why can't Microsoft have a beer?
Yes Managed Direct X, which you can use with C#. It may even be a scripted game language like Garage Games has. IMHO.
Preach on brother! Oblivion is a great game and I bought after not buying a game for almost a year straight!

It should look good next to your BetaMax.
I like Hero Games. Champions is just on of the best point based RPGs out today and the have 1/2 price book sales monthly.
