ATM machine? NEVER USE THEM! Atleast, that is my mother's advice. She used to do software for them. (years ago) So yea, she knows the dirt on those things. -Grump.
Well, I think FedEx actually tracks their drivers. I'm a ham op and I've heard some intresting conversations over the air.
This guy was talking about working for FedEx. He stopped by a 7-11 to grab some food. When he got back to the truck, the company wanted to know why he was stopped for 5 minutes. They thought he was lost and even sent him a map.
So i guess FedEx drivers are digitally tracked.
Remind me. If i ever work delivery. Pizza hut or Dominos. (those are too cheap to track right?)
But getting fixes is like getting your money worth!
Think about it this way. If you used Windows Update and went to windowsupdate.microsoft.com every week to find NO UPDATES! how pissed would you be?
Now, I go to windowsupdate and find an update for IE, a DirectX update, new sound card driver, oh Windows Media Player9.... I feel like I am getting my Win XP license worth!
Same thing applies to cars. I want a car that is inexpensive, reliable, that runs well and gets good mileage.
So I chose to buy a 93 Ford Fiesta. Now, I'm in the dealership every other week trying to hunt down an oil leak, coolant leak, brake problem..you name it! I love it! I love paying the dealer $800 dollars each time there is a "problem". I feel that the dealer is working on my car, making it better, faster, more reliable. I am building a relationship with the service manager, and I trust his team to get the job right. It is truly a wonderful relationship. And oh yea! That courtsey shuttle! boy is that thing great. Every time I get something fixed, they give me a FREE ride back to work. (So I can afford all those out-of-warranty repair jobs) Thanks Ford for making a great car. I appreciate the "Ford Quality" and "VALUE" of owning a 93 Fiesta.
And Did I fail to mention that the FIESTA is the ULTIMATE PARTY CAR? Chicks dig it!
Fine, I understand you don't want a 40 year old car. Can't blame you.
How about a 10 year old car? Consumer ratings sure rate the Ford Fiesta very high. (well, ford quality right?) Check out: http://edmunds.com/used/1993/ford/festiva/72 37/rat ings_consumer.html?tid=edmunds.u.standard.vdpheade r.ratingsbox.1.Ford*
Its probably more like scams coming out of bermuda. You get a message to call some number in bermuda because a loved one/friend/etc is in trouble. when you call, you hear a pre-recorded message that keeps you listening...bla.bla.bla
long story short, you are calling a number that charges YOU by the min (like a 900 number, except it doesn't start with 900).
Rumor has it the charge is as much as $25 bucks a minute! so yea, dont call bermuda unless you have a real reason.
Does this method also work with mormons at the front door? oh wait... never mind. Saying something like that would just give you another reason to "convert" you.
These people aren't just redirecting domains. I leave the . in the.com out of my domain and get to sitefinder! they have stolen my domain!
yea, that "Copyright(C) 2003 VeriSign, Inc. All Rights Reserved" they have at the bottom of the sitefinder page. No, im not respecting their copyright. Gonna download that page, then mirror it on my page, then distribute it all over kazaa and overnet...
Oh yes, does anyone here mind if we/. them too? DDoS verisign? Make it a sign of protest. Hopefully they will learn to stop when their bandwidth gets choked.
what man? some people have 2, 3, 4, 5 even 6 cars in their home!
these planes fitting into garages, costing 20k each...the same cost as a car. cheap stuff! When I make it as rich as billy goat gates, I'll buy a dozen. Keep 6 myself (yea, fly to work! no more traffic for me suckers!) and donate the rest off to charity (yes, tax evasion).
They gotta make that jump.
Be way out there, be radical. They gotta set the trend by failing.
Look at the former TV show That's My Bush.
It set the trend for being radical, for being original. And they failed after a season.
However it set the trend for future shows.
Ever watch (someone name a show, its 1:30 in the am. I'm sleeping.)

Prop 65?
Supermarkets have signs warning that the premisis continas chemicals that can kill you... blah blah blah.
Truthfully, nobody pays attenation to the signs. So what good are they?
Gasoline is highly toxic, blue toilet water prolly isnt good either.
but I pump gas and don't worry about it. Dog drinks out of the toilet.
Anyway, I'm not dead and nor is the dog.
Warn away! nobody is paying attenation.

Note: I don't actually own a fiesta.
Once again, it proves that college bookstores aren't "Non-Profit" and like the university as a whole is out to "rape the students".
University cafetria, housing, fees, text books, parking, parking tickets, this feee, that fee...
Which is worse? The "University" or the RIAA?

Where to put my dollar?
iTunes for a song?
or McDonalds for a McChicken?
I see a trend here.
30 years to a new design
3 years to a new design
0.3 years to the next design!
Soon, we will be having new money on the daily basis!
Because when I see that large brown spot?
I want to go out and buy a can of brown spray paint and paint the whole city in large, round brown spots!
That is how its illegal. Injecting thoughts into my mind so I go out and buy stuff. Also, I will be defacing the city..
Officer I didn't do it! The MPAA made me do it!
If you watched the movie, you would want to buy a can of spray paint too!

Yea, acid is a problem. Makes the paper brittle and hard to handle as it ages.
Another problem (esp for college libraries) is post-it notes. That glue is acidic and kills the paper.
