  1. That's all "distracted" driving is. You want to "plug into" my phone? GET A WARRANT! There really isn't any difference between texting and driving than reaching down to pick up something you dropped, changing the radio station you were listening to, turning around to talk to someone, looking at yourself/makeup in the mirror and on and on. It ALL falls into the category of C&I driving. CARELESS and IMPRUDENT driving.

This "daylight savings time" idea is something that needs to go away. Before 24/7 connectivity and what not, when people (and businesses) wanted more time AFTER work, to do things, it was ok. But, it's time to shelve DST.

  8. Everyone "demands" a so called livable 15 dollar an hour wage (which MOSTLY only benefits union employees, which is why you see "big labor" and democrat politicians pushing it...kickbacks & union automatic wage increases). If labor costs to a business go up. Two things can happen. Either you INCREASE the price of the goods you sell, or YOU CUT LABOR costs.

One of the first things I heard that she said was "I want your butts in those chairs at 8am and except for lunch...I want them IN those chairs until exactly 5pm! Apparently, she didn't like the fact that one or two of the women admin staff were "changing clothes" (they like to work out after work), would get up at 4 minutes til 5pm, to change clothes. Heck, everyone knows where I live. (I always wished people in the rural areas were given flare guns...we'd send the patrol unit in the area, and if they heard a siren, shoot the flare up in the air, and blink the porch light on and off!). I'm sure the government has MUCH better accuracy than 911 systems, but, it's still a crapshoot unless you have the equipment.
