  1. That pretty much explains it to me. A device, looking for a purpose. I have a cheap 80 dollar Casio Wave-Ceptor Keeps accurate time, that's it. For everything else, I just use my phone which is with me, 99% on the time, on my belt.

If you have it, DUMP IT. If you don't have it, DON'T BUY IT. Once this fad wears out, and/or once the weather changes from summer to WINTER, you think people are going to wander outdoors to play this silly game? Plus, once they have as many on the hook for this fad, you know they will start PUSHING ADS. That will kill it for good. Start playing it, every mile, or certain time frame an ad pops up you have to wait for to finish, before you can continue. It's like a drug dealer setting up in a new neighborhood...start off at a reduced price, get em hooked, then jack up the price.

  4. to professional sports. It use to be a "beloved game(s)" Football, baseball etc...gave up on baseball in 94, gave up on football in 95. It's not a TEAM SPORT much anymore, but a group of INDIVIDUALS. Team LOYALTY went out the window. Yeah, I know the career life of a professional sports player can be hampered by injuries, but paying some of these players what they make?

  5. I'll be skipping both the RNC & DNC....tired of voting for the lesser of two evils, and in this case, it's a dead heat...I don't care for either of them.

He's been trying to dump it since the early summer, but "Trumpsters" continue to buy his BS. He only got into it, to make sure a real Conservative didn't get the nod. By being "Trump" and making brash statements, he stole ALL of the spotlight from any real serious candidate.

  9. Space Shuttle TRUCK on How President Jimmy Carter Saved The Space Shuttle (blastingnews.com) · · Score: 0

Worst mistake NASA ever made. The Space Shuttle, as DESIGNED would have been much safer that what actually came about. The biggest issue, was the shuttle DID NOT EXPLORE. We'd just come off the moon program, the F-1 engines in the Saturn V launch vehicle were so damn good, out of all of the flights of the Saturn V (each booster had 5 engines), only ONE failed during flight. Had development continued, we would have explored the moon like we should have, established a "base" for research and could possibly used it as a jumping off point for Mars, but, once we "beat the Russians" to the moon, the public pretty much turned a blind eye to space, dealing with Vietnam, the Watergate scandal and on and on. Nasa took a backseat, and wanted something "exciting". Talks of building a space station, using the shuttle banded about. It's a shame the Apollo program was left to die on the vine, the potential was very good, we'd have a permanent station on the moon now. I was 10 years old when we landed on the moon...just wonder what might have been.

Of course, union bosses and the democratic party got the lions share of dues, causing the retirement funds to be underfunded, so as long as they got their money, they don't care.

I've read several articles where car thieves have been caught, or given up stealing cars, because they don't know how to drive a MANUAL TRANSMISSION. (I've driven one for the past 35 years because it's better in snow starting out in 2nd than first, and, I drive a Mustang...can't stomach auto transmission in a sports car). Even a lot of aircraft, have a backup wire pulley system, just in case the high tech stuff stops working. 20. sheep! on NRA Complaint Takes Down 38,000 Websites (vice.com) · · Score: -1

It amazes me, that people, typically under the age of 30, "hate" guns of pretty much any kind. The government school system in the USA, since the early 80's (run by the hippy crowd of the 60's), have indoctrinated at least 2 generations of children, and turned them into wimps. Afraid to say anything that might offend (unless it is against white males, christians, conservatives). These hipsters and such hate America, think it was conceived by a bunch of rich white slave holders, destroyed the Earth and on and on. America use to be a land of opportunity, but, now, this country has a bunch of freeloaders that think everything should be free, should be given to them, or they sit in the corner and hold their breath til they turn blue. I'm of the age that what's coming for this nation, probably won't happen til I'm gone, unless it happens in the next 10-20 years. Guns were EVERYWHERE in the 1800's, what some like to call the old wild west, but crime wasn't that high. Everyone had or carried a firearm. Now, people will just shoot you, if you look at them wrong. Chicago has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the nation, but, their death by firearms is one of the highest in the nation. And, it's not the "angry white male" that is doing the killing. It's black on black violence, which, according to the social justice idiots, is blamed on "the white guy". So, what changed from the 1800's through the 60's? Oh, perhaps taking pretty much any reference to GOD out of everyday life, the "woman's movement" which said you don't need a man, WELFARE, which told countless blacks that you can't make it on your own, we'll take care of you. That leads to single mothers, who have figured out that the more kids they pop out, by God knows how many "baby daddy" types, they get more money. These kids grow up without any father in their life, and turn to violent gangs as a "family". The breakdown of the so called nuclear family, along with removing religion from everyday life, all plays out of the Saul Alinsky doctrine on how to topple a nation, and turn it from Capitalism into Socialism 1. Control Healthcare....Obamacare is the first step 2. Increase Poverty....duh...make them dependent on government 3. Debt....what is it now? 18 trillion? For every man, woman and child, they would have to right a 93 million dollar check or something to clear it? 4. Gun Control...take away a citizens right to protect their PROPERTY, their lives & those of their family. Easier to create a police state. 5. Welfare...goes hand in hand with poverty. 6. Education... Lenin was quoted as saying (paraphrasing) give me the mind of a child and the seeds I sew, cannot be undone. 7. Religion...Remove ANY reference in God from government & schools. 8. Class Warfare...pit the have not's, against the have's. Occupy Wall Street? This country is on the edge....Trumps and Idiot, and Clinton is an idiot & a crook.
