Or take the reverse scenario. They start off 90% chimp, and (through cell mutations/replacement) become over 50% human. In other words, can you "become" human after you're born? Well then the apes will take over the world.

  2. Banjo-Kazooie? on Playstation Holiday Demo May Erase Memory Cards · · Score: 1

Anyone reminded of Banjo-Kazooie's cheat protection? If you entered in two of the major cheats (there were lots, but only some were considered cheats by the game) then Gruntilda would say something to the effect of "do that again and I'll erase your games." The player of course, not taking her seriously would enter another code, and lo and behold! Grunty would say "I warned ya!" and erase your games. Also, Animal Crossing would pretend to do that if you reset during the game enough. Resetti would say he's erasing your games, the game would pretend to reset, and would go back to the screen it left off, games luckily intact.

The PS1 *WAS* going to be a Nintendo console. It was a Sony-developed add-on for the SNES. When SEGA's CD system failed, Nintendo rethought it and told Sony they didn't want it anymore. Sony had to do something with this CD-based system, so they turned it into a standalone console and released it.
