    The FOIA only applies to the FEDERAL government, not a city government. Unless there is a state or city law similar to the FOIA, information does not have to be released in that city.

    In 2000 no internet live broadcasts were allowed. In 2004 they are, but US residents cannot watch them. The 2004 story is much more disturbing to me.

    Turn on the firewall that comes with Windows XP. It at least protects you from worms infecting your system while you download updates.

    This guy has been a student for.... well, forever.
    He has been studying for 20 years and did not graduate. Then he switched to another university and plans to graduate in 2005 (started in 1998 at the new University, usually it takes 4 years).
    Check out his resume...

    This guy also trademarked his name.... rather weird.

    What Community College?
    That's an american concept, unknown both in Germany and most of the rest of the world.
    Maybe high school students... that's far more likely in Germany.

    The TI89/92 can be programmed with TI Basic and Assembler.
    But as somebody mentioned other compilers are available.

    Lower repayments is the keyword! You might qualify for a total of $13k credit at a higher rate but not at the lower rate. This is because since you are a higher risk they need to charge you more to make it worthwhile.
    I also wonder how they rate your credit report for a consolidation loan. Do they look at your credit report and not consider the $13k loans you want to consolidate or do they just add $13k to your total credit capacity? If so, then no wonder you didn't qualify, but personally I do not know if they do that.

    At the large University I am, this IP address already seems to be blocked.

    I also noticed that Internet Explorer does not route me to the sitefinder address but to the MSN search site, did they already implement some kidn of circumvention as well?
