What about the Civil Rights Act? It explicitly makes this type of discrimination illegal. Basically, if a company is selling products or services to the public, it's can't discriminate against its customers. There's a reason why putting up a "whites only" or "no jews" sign outside your business is illegal. This isn't a freedom of speech issue, but a civil rights issue.
From wiki: A blind or blinded experiment is a scientific experiment where some of the persons involved are prevented from knowing certain information that might lead to conscious or unconscious bias on their part, invalidating the results. There's no real reason for this study to be blind or double blind; people either have brain tumors or they don't. I suspect that instead of asking, the scientists took a look at a persons medical history and looked for brain tumors.
Grats on the selective quoting. It actually reads "499c(b)(3) PC - Theft; Without authority make or cause to be made a copy (definition includes photograph) of any article representing a trade secret (a felony)"
But it's not factual information, it's analysis and opinion. You wouldn't call an opinion piece on the economy as factual information, because everyone knows that an opinion piece is a subjective interpretation of the facts. Why would you do the same for a stock tip. This has nothing to do with Google News because Google News redistributes the news and not opinions.
I take it you don't know how vaccines work. Why you would think that getting infect with a fully working microbe is safer than getting infected with a attenuated(weakened) microbe is beyond me. The fact is that children are routinely vaccinated against chicken pox as part of the measles mumps rubella vaccine. There is NO benefit in being sick over vaccinated, it's not logical.
From the patent, in the prior art section "However, a VCR cannot both capture and play back information at the same time." While your button allowed you to watch and record, you couldn't rewind and record at the same time, which is what the patent claims. Things like instant replay are impossible with a VCR.
Did anyone really think he was turning over a new leaf?
Yeah, can't they be like the rest of us who are consistently only good andnever do anything with direct or indirect effects that are mixed or outright bad?
Dude this is evil inc, they're making huge profits from investments in socially irresponsible corps while maintaining a good public image through their donations(and keeping uncle sam out of their pockets.)
An obvious fake. I swear those nazi global warming bastard will do anything to disprove island sinking. Everyone knows islands sink and hummers are to blame(not the suv). Next time they decided to photoshop some beaches into an island they should do a better job. Pardon me while I go outside and try to freeze some ocean water into icebergs.
The Neuros OSD is small. Very small. At only 14cm wide, 14cm deep and 3.2cm high, it fits comfortably in just about any hole you'd care to stow it.
Just lube it.
When someone tells me a game looks realistic, it makes me think they don't go out all that often. Honestly the screenshots don't look bad as long as you only look at the thumbnails, still I'm sure plenty of people will buy this title 'cause the graphics look "realistic." Woe to the gamer that desires gameplay.
Because the dixie chicks are dead. I'm sure you've forgotten about all that money they've made since their "Not Ready to Make Nice", fact is they had a bad pr guy the first time they tried to tackle bush.
Sorry but this year the only good game that came out for the PC was Company of Heroes, and it's not exactly kid friendly. This year has been abysmal(for PC gaming).

Not it's more like a black box where we know most of the inputs but don't know the all outputs.
So we either have a secret global uprising against ACTA, or the people involved don't care enough to keep the document a secret.
I think I'll go with apathy.

Your two examples are protected as one is a parody of the other. A satire would use unrelated work to comment on the poster.

Non-fiction readers would disagree on quoting being distracting. Lifting an entire page is hardly sampling. It outright theft.
But the companies they invest in get richer.

If you're reading this, you will be drinking champagne with another human being.
9) Left-handed surfing technique(southpaws will need to adjust accordingly.)

I dropped a hammer on my passport.
Uhg, people like you make me sad. Novell is not in violation of the GPL, sorry try again.
Umm, No. Try morrowind for a slightly less harrowing experience.

It's still 3d. It's not about in which axis you can move.
