    My Wireless network at home is set up so the only thing anyone sees is my VPN ports open on my server. In order to get into my home network, you have to login to the VPN. So I have my authentication and encryption. The only problem is if I need to VPN into a customer site. Then I just use my desktop PC anyway. Works fine for me!

    With enough forensics, couldn't we figure out what printer it came from just by unique toner marks, like from that time i accidentally spilled out a little toner? Or how about other unnoticible things like creasing or PC Load letter?

    who said Radeon 9800 AIW? you are right though. unfortunately they do not support the AIWs, which funny enough, is a driver issue. The ATi TV-wonder cards do work, and work well.

    I've seen some big improvements in their Catalyst driver program over the last few months. I think they are finally getting a clue. my ATi looks good with MythTV too.

    They've also put up radio commercials featuring the "telecomedian." and I quote:

    "Back in my day, a blog was a creature from the deep!"

    "Back in my day, PDA meant Public display of affection!".

    They portray it as laws holding back technological innovation, when in reality those laws help save us some $$$, and help the small businesses get a foot in the door. I grind my teeth every time I hear those commercials.

    I don't see ANY opt-out procedure on their website.

    Not to mention, I know this guy who knows this other guy whos brother works for a hardcore spam place, and he says the opt outs are coded to where you have to submit like 10 times. He says this is in case there are "automated" opt out programs out there.

    I haven't personally been spammed by cruise.com, but it looks like their ONLY advertisement is spam, and since that has been threatened, they are biting back.

    I disagree, some keyloggers can be very discreet and look just like an adapter. Like this one... Unless the teacher is at least somewhat computer savvy, they will be none the wiser.

    I still owe like $800 from 1 months worth of contracting work. More importantly health insurance was very expensive independantly. I wouldn't contract again.
