I also noticed a trend where it seems to me that each new incarnation of the Dr is a bit younger than the previous. If they want to keep that consistency, they're going to have to pick someone really young for the next (and last if my count of 12 is correct) Doctor.
I'm waiting for the big reveal in the 50th anniversary special where it's revealed the Doctor is actually the lovechild of a Timelord and Mork from Ork.
Yes but you're being voted +5 funny by people who find themselves laughing a jokes with punchlines like 'And the funny thing was he was trying it with a TMS320c32 processor!'
Well, my personal fave text adventure game on Linux was xorg.conf. Spent hours on it. Way ahead of its time it was also the only text game I can think of with dual monitor support. Or not, as they case may be.
I hope they haven't taken away the option to have the playlist in a separate window. I do performances of nerdy songs about science where I have backing video and music being played on VLC player. The video goes through the projector and the playlist is on my Windows laptop screen. It would be an annoyance if that modus operandi had been taken away for me.
Something wrong with the Java code for this though Character.getNumericValue() is documented as returning -1 for this character, when quite clearly it should be a number 2.
>It is interesting to see who will gobble up RIM.
Personally I was hoping Apple would do it under its previous CEO. A collaboration called RIM Jobs would have been fantastic!
You could pay the fee and get the ad free version, which I did as well. Certainly in the age of dial-up it kicked IE4 and Netscapes bottom. When I was working in the Caribbean at the time it was great as it fitted onto a single floppy disk and you could just press G to stop images from downloading while surfing which made it great for accessing content. It was a browser and a mail client, was fast, had tabbed browsing and mice gestures and just nice to use.
He also had a significant role in the Star Trek reboot as well - I thought Spock prime would feature in the next movies as an elder advisor character, though that tramples on Sareks turf.
It turns out the next incarnation will be Mork from Ork

Or maybe that's just me ;-)
I have just finished doing a music video for a song I have about the Mars rovers. I was very impressed with the image data that NASA makes available on the Mars Science Laboratory - RAW images from cameras as well as annotated images with explanations.
Does he have a PHB? http://dilbert.com/strips/comic/1997-03-29/

Unless it's Edam, which is made backwards....

There will be issues on 64-bit Windows as it seems 64-bit Firefox isn't being supported anymore...

What time does it now take to draw the entire screen blue?
Doesn't even have a working Mail app - hard to view this as an upgrade.
The Rebooted Star Trek 2 will also involve the Khan character - so I assume this will rework Space Seed in some way rather than Wrath of Khan.
As with many business decisions it'll depend on what the accountants say. And this one may be tough to get past the bean counters.
Chow, an MIT-trained mathematician and physicist
The fact it's written by Chow is making me hungry.
I'm still having flashbacks to the time I saw the Goatse image. Will it work on that too?
And where you buy your tin foil.

I was very impressed when I saw this news item - German factory built especially for an older workforce. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-16260315

Prognosis not good. The technology is just moving in the wrong direction. It's now commonplace to get PCs without cupholders.
Apple is tough to beat because most of its mistakes are software-based

Katya is my wife. I don't think I'm allowed to upgrade to Lisa.

So when is Cowboys vs Predators coming out?
