My Logitech is labeled the same way, but if you just use the default drivers it is the other way around. Logitech's drivers switch them (or uControl, in my case).

I agree with your post completely, although the expense of larger MP3 players outweigh the benefit of a external HDD. Also, why is your post modded as funny, I wonder.
that's been rumored every week for months:-) although I wouldn't surprised at an update, these software updates make hardware updates LESS likely, in my opinion. Seems apple is announcing these to stir the stagnant waters a bit.

charging by length would encourage artists to make their songs longer for no good reason. "you don't have to buy it" - no, but it's a capitalistic world: the large majority of artists will do it to some extent.
These two articles are the kind of things that MS users are going to look at and say, "wow, cool" before they decide to take the plunge. Good show.
Although I'm not an MS user, my reaction was "so what?" The transparent SSH viewing was about the only thing I haven't seen done everywhere else already.
Classic mode should be killed. It's dead already, let it rest in peace. Anyone that still needs it can use the current G5s. Let OS X.3 be the last to support Classic mode.
Damn, I coulda used one of those in the tournament my team just lost:-) Seriously, though, how long do you think till we pay to watch these things play games?
Definitely gonna try this out. I've messed around with X11/Fink off and on, and recently have been in one of the "on" streaks. Just installed KDE! This will be a welcome addition since I don't use my mac for word processing that much (just editing text files and the occasional rich-text), usually switch to the PC and Word 2k3. Seems that there are a bunch of OK word processors for OS X, but none that really stand out.
I don't really agree with this, simply because NULL can just be a boolean value. Either it is NULL, or it isn't. It does make things more complex. It is more complex if there's a difference between zero and NULL in the application; the data must reflect this difference.
When you put that in a post it's like admitting you knew it wasn't funny when you posted. Why would you do that? If you're not funny just quit it and post something intelligent:-)
It's only $200 for a 5-license Panther disc from the Apple Store (under Apple Software, for some reason if you just click the Panther box they don't show it..).
people in large groups are frighteningly predictable. economics, my friend :)
Lynx also has an HTML renderer, otherwise you would just see the raw code. Sorry, Lynx is not safe either; better stick with wget.

No, you're talking about a line of text when everyone else means a line of code. In C, a semi-colon signifies the end of a line of code.

wow, spam that some more, dude.
Yes, in fact they did.

Hard to say that they "have" it when it's a third-party download you're referring to. I like the name, too; very original.

It was a joke, probably referencing consumer printers' cheap cost and their respective ink cartridges.
5? ouch, we have 60 (recently, as in last semester, doubled from 30). Not that I care, now that I live off campus :-)

by the way, the term for "reverse rice rocket" is sleeper. Lot's of people do it (cars that are wicked fast but don't look it).
