    Well, depending on the licence, drivers from linux could potentially be ported.

    Also, the reason the NSA made SE Linux was so there would be a version which could be used in high security government type places. Sun already has Trusted Solaris.

    A loaded gun to your temple shouldn't be able to compel you to order domino's either. Actually, I was really strapped for cash and needed food so I got dominos. I found it wasn't nearly as revolting after spending 12 hours in the fridge.

    but not in linux. I ran linux on my ipaq until I sold it on ebay. It was... less than impressive. Though watching videos was cool until I had to kill the process from the serial console.

    Those problems are mainly because you're trying to establish a connection between two people going through god knows how many service providers.

    streaming video like this is set up only on one provider, where they can control all the variables, down to the box they put in the person's living room.

    To play devils advocate for a moment... The part about "shall not be infringed" thats so hard to understand is the "well regulated" part, and specifically that a militia is no longer required for the defense of the country, as we have a standing military thats quite proficient at making things go boom. Its quite a two sided thing.
