...was a shock. At least that's how my TurboEnglish® parsed it.
A sequel is most welcome here. While SS2 was at least as good as the original, it doesn't mean they can't screw up this one. My prediction: Terminator 3 - good, but missing some important features of the predecessor. Perhaps they could use the DOOM3 engine, as it's quite good at presenting creepy environments.
There are at least two Logitech mice I'm aware of that use dual sensors: mouseman dual optical and a much newer V400 laptop laser mouse. I only had a regular mouseman optical, so I never researched what could be done with two sensors. There might be a simple software hack to do what you describe... or not, and you'd have to tear apart the poor animals to get two outputs.
So far, all his videogame movies are in the IMDB's bottom 100: 18, 36, and 37. I never particularly cared for any of these games but if he screws up Far Cry (which I'm sure he will), I'll probably go Postal in the theater!
I don't have any experience using >20" monitors, but wouldn't 30" be a little to much, for the same reason sitting in the front row at the cinema sucks?
It's quite sad that the courts have to deal with stuff like this, where "ID is not valid science" is enough to solve the whole thing. Oh well, at least they made the correct choice;)
Is this reviewer biased? The entire tone of the article is to n^Hhail Apple. An honest review does pull out the plus^Wminus side of things (even if the pluses^Wminuses are small, few, and far between) along with the minuses^Wpluses.
That's what I always feel the urge to say in other Apple threads, but decide not to.
Don't think this would apply. If NO demolished everything else, hoping to use this building, then maybe. But otherwise they are free to rethink their offer.
OK, how does having a memory controller in the northbridge make it more expensive to move to a competitor? Can you stick an Intel processor in a socket 939 mb?
A Young Lady's Illustrated Primer, IMO, is a good book to give to young girls as covers a lot of things which may be useful later in their lives. It's not easy to find, but definitely worth it.
>it's interesting how Logitech comes up with such exclusive features
No, it's not interesting, because they don't. My Trust mouse from about two years ago (since replaced by a Diamondback) would flash the additional LED under the scroll wheel when an email was received. As somebody already said, some HP keyboards have additional LEDs (and buttons) for mail/IM.
In any case, Trillian has a plugin which flashes the standard (Caps|Scroll|Num) indicators when a message is received. Very useful when playing games, and no extra hardware required.

Conspiracy Solves: BB Submits his stories mostly in the evening. SM posts most of his stories in the evening.
This just makes the fact that they are one person much more obvious, doesn't it?

>>Bill Gates has given more to charity than anyone EVER.
>In the New Testament we read about a poor old widow who gave to the temple a couple of coins, which was what she needed to live.
Well the difference is that the poor old widow is a fictional character, while Bill is as real as Charles Darwin.

The resolution surely is nice though...
>It's Service Pack 3 for Windows® XP®, but instead of calling it SP3 they call it Vista® and put a price tag on it.
Oh, here's just another example of Microsoft copying Apple!
I'm not avoiding my relatives, the relatives are avoiding me!
And I'm not even in Soviet Russia anymore.
I think you meant to say happy holiday!
;)
Nah, just kidding. I don't actually give a shit what it's called.
Happy holiday!

Let me guess, you're 40 years old and a virgin?
>And I saw it before it was on Digg. Where should we stop?
Even better, I saw all of these drives separately, before there was this article.
>The EU doesn't have a consistent foreign policy or central taxation [...]
Not yet!
>We have no equivalents to the FBI, CIA or NSA, nor indeed many of the other US national agencies.
The US originally didn't have those, but then the feds got power hungry...

From what I heard, they are not going to use the Pentium brand any more after they kill off NetBurst.

sell M/AO games to kids at 1.5 the price!
because consumers pay less for agricultural products.
Yes well... just develop for MacOS instead!

It was last month!
I have an Intel Xeon sticker on my PIII 700 laptop. That's it. I lost all the Asus, ATI, and Intel stickers I got while building my last computer.
