what's your screen's resolution? mine is 1280x854, and i think your missing the point on resolution, as with alot of PC users you think
higher resolution=better.
i have a PBG4 DVI with the higher res screen. (it jumped from 1152 by something in previous models.) and if the resolution were any smaller i would be getting head ache.
I think this is perfect, i'm glad i spent the extra for a laptop that considers things like this.

palm as a platform is lame if you ask me tho... newton script is where it's at. my MP2000 has a better browser than any winCE clone, and the handwritting recognition is far superior. I think it's the best ever, it's the only device i could ever actually write at the speed that I WRITE at.

there was a thing called the Joyport by kernel (www.kernel.com doens't work anymore, it's FS) that i actually bought, that changes playstation 1/2 n64 (yeah that's a great controller) and a bunch of other controllers into usb, doesn't come with any software, so i think the only thing that made it OS specific is that it worked with apples input spacley sprokets. (grrrr... hate os9)
can't get the fucker to work in x tho.... any suggestions?
Well apart from that the quadras used 040's.... and both those machines came with built in analog video...
mac II had whatever graphics card you put in it. 24bit graphics cards WERE AVALIABLE... (albiet for like $1200)
that's the "millions" of colors option... and i don't think that the res on those cards stopped at 640x480 either....
however: next time i see a "zap" or a "pow" or a star-fad transition, i'll think of your amiga.

correction: this is not .79 per download site, this is a FROM .79 most of the songs i saw were .89 or .99
