Let's see if it works:
1. Sue Microsoft on basis that they have infringing code in windows.
2. Request windows source in order to comply with courts to provide the "infringing code".
3. Have a good long laugh reading the source.
In their perspective open source software is free, but as in "free for the taking".
I bet that his quote of "could have owning Linux" will be presented by McBribe as "UNDENIABLE PROOF" of Linux belonging to them.
Yes, but SCO said that their code is in Linux and not won, but that didn't stop they from charging $699......
In their view, all us are guilty even after proven innocent.
I think SCO is using 6 degrees of separation method in finding out who to send subpoenas.
BTW, the subpoenas were issued in the Utah's court, so I guess they will go through:)
Dude, what are you smoking and can I have some?
The most of the mass that goes into space, stays there anyway (repeat after me: booster rockets, fuel...)
The best solution (for NASA) would be to minimize the potential cost of loosing a rocket, and if the studies show that probability of crash is high, then the use of single-use rockets will happen (which are much cheaper).
When you go into orbit, leave your PC stuff back on Earth.
There is just waaay to much invested interest (read: light-bulb production companies) that the project is going to get buried.
By the way, they will have to build the new bulb to be reverse-compatible with the current electricity systems (otherwise nobody will buy it).
It's just a bunch of hype, in my cynical view...
For homeless, increasing the level of their life is better.
For government, increasing accountability of "unvanted" elements is better.
PS: Only for homeless, right?
Yep. But mayby the rules mutate as you go. I mean it's the DNA tic-tac-toe we are talking about.
1. Millions of dollars of investment, thousands of man and machine hours...
2. DNA-powered Tic Tac Toe
3. ?
i know that i am repeating, but that means that 1kg of stuff + ~5 kg of storage box (the stuff that makes reaction to start) = 50 KILOTONN blast.
Ouch...
I get it finally...

I don't know....
Mayby in Utah.
PS: Never underestimate the power of greedy stupid people.
But why should we provide the code and go into court when we can sue users and companies right now?

An obligatory despair.com quote:
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large numbers...
You obviously never met any system programmers...

Whatever doesn't crash you makes you stronger.

if you need more help, you should try marketing instead.
Then they have problems.
I mean we are as much of the news source as the Iraq's news agency...

$A2 million fine?
-- must be some computer friendly judge to pass the fine in hex notation.
just as long as they don't revoke moderator access to people posting "unwanted" comments.
So when can we expect SCO to sue Samba? (I Assume they too infringle on SCO's code)

it's more like a self-induced torture....
And how about Nuttenberg explosion?
I am wondering if people will want to store hydrogen at their house.
I have always thought that this stuff is highly explosive.
you try to program without the java boost and we'll see how you will talk. 8-{
I see SCo changed it's strategy.
Now they are targeting MS.

Yes, I know. A bit after i submitted, I realized that it's not 50 Kilotonnes, but 50Tonnes at most.
