    1. Chrome gets addons more like Firefox's

    Living a lie for your entire life is not as easy as you think. Can you fall asleep at night? Do you feel guilty for betraying people's trust? Have you thought about what your children would think of you when they find out?

    I am not as wealthy as Madoff. Heck, I am not really wealthy at all. I still have to go to work every weekday. But I like my life, and I enjoy my job. I'd rather having an honest, normal, quiet life than living in a mansion but worrying about the knocking of my door every day.

    Yes. They're a marketing company that has some tech leanings - it's been this way for as long as I've been into computers (the early 80's)

    Wake up. You can tell this with a straight face. As bad as Microsoft seems to some people, they are still a technical company. Vista also proved that their marketing sucked more than their actual technical strength.

    Why?

    1. I don't normally worry about viruses or malwares. Running one is just a precaution, especially after downloading stuff from net.
    2. Symantec and McAfee just SUCK. I don't know why they are still in business. Their business model is to spread FUD so people will buy their shitty products that do more harm than good.
    3. I've had much more success with free AV software than non-free ones. Microsoft Defender is actually pretty good. There is also a Chinese malware product called 360safe (http://www.360safe.com) that I use. On the contrary S/M never cleaned a malware for me once.

    Firefox needs to fix this.

    It's like saying: the government needs to fix poverty.

    It's easy to say "fix it all!" until you actually have the knowledge, experience and position to do so. Then you'd realize "darn, why hadn't I thought of this shit?"

    I watched a few episodes.

    Yes it's complicated. And yes that's exactly why I stopped watching it because once I miss one or two episodes, or if I was not paying full attention I quickly lost track of why people were shooting and running. Hell I didn't even now which era that was in.
