they list a feature on the motherboard, "IEEE". Do they realize that IEEE is an orginization, and not a part? The number that goes after IEEE is more important, like 802.11 or 1394
Nintendo likes doing things differently then other companies. I think the controller has the possibility to work really well, and even wondering if there will be a PC version of it eventually. I was skeptical at first about controlling FPS games without a stick, but the attachment looks cool and comfortable.
wow, that last one made me flinch in pain.
My favorite problem was when my dad called me to fix the monitor, "I was watering the plants and missed. Now the screen is black and there is smoke in the room."
Get stepmaina from sourceforge.com, go to levelsix.com and get the DDR Deluxe Dance Mat V.3.1 (PC/USB). It's under fifty bucks and works really well. (i've used the 3.1 pad for playstation and used an adapter)
You will have to download some songs, but its really easy.
I'm not sure about the table, but I do know that the laptop was on hackaday a while ago http://www.hackaday.com/entry/1234000490035133/ .
Why don't we just have a little side box for Hackaday stuff from now on?
Yes it's trivial.
If it doesn't work right out of the box, i would be surprised. even if it doesn't there is a program called USB overdrive that i believe can map apple to the buttons to go back and forward
I've tried it and it found some stuff that ad aware didn't even pick up. It also correctly identified tight vnc as a possible spyware app, but labeled it as low priority. I was more then happy with it.
Why not just give people an X-box with a custom version of Linux? It would be more then $200 cheaper on the hardware side. All you would need to add is a keyboard and mouse. It should be able to do all the things that this box can do, and as long as the distro was set up correctly, should be as easy to operate and not have to really worry about virii.
I understand there are legal problems with reselling hacked X-Boxes, this is all theoretical.
I was thinking of something more evil. (eviler?) Just login, turn off their wireless all together, and change the default password. No more noise.
Truthfully, I would just go with hacked firmware that allows the use of other channels.
I have the NEC 2500A in a bytecc 1394 case as does a good friend of mine. My house mate has the NEC 3500A in the 1394/usb version of the case. It was $40 on newegg. I only burt one coaster out of about 150 DVDs, but I think it was from my laptop messing up.

sarcasm noted, but the plans for some cell phones are expensive, esp if you are roaming.
Put a PIC chip in it
I welcome our medi-robo overlords. In all seriousness, isn't rampage a bit strong of a word to use?
I really could not care less no matter how hard I tried.
I have a transcend jetfflash ( an older one then the one in the review.) It has a write protect switch on the side, and boots damn small linux.
Yes, but the article was talking about Duke University, which is in America. Please repeat after me: "Read the freakin article"

Microsoft is experienced with PPC. They have been writting OSes for PPC for a while, since at least NT 3 if i recal.

But there is no online gameplay, so can that part be considered vaporware?
