    Another potential solution, and something I routinely do, is reply, only using made up names and other information. It seems to me that if they have to sift through the haystack to find the needle, this sort of activity will be much less attractive, at least from a cost / benefit perspective...

    Good old American Ingenuity. I am as unhappy with Bush et al as the next libertarian, but I can not help feel a sense of pride when, from hundreds of thousands of miles away, our space agency is able to free this stuck vehicle. All of this is incredible, and I am looking forward to the day when, like on the moon, I see the Stars and Stripes planted in the Martian soil.

    I don't see how posting so called private medical data really matters. For example, how can it matter if you know that I am a diabetic? For insurance purposes? I imagine that I have to declare this anyhow.. What else? Legal? This is already public knowledge? Financial? Largely public as well. I really don't see the reason for all the uproar.. of course.. my mind is open as to why I should care...
