The key to Civ3 is picking the Babylonians and going for world domination by building religious buldings and wonders and taking over cities by spreading your culture mixed with smaller local skirmishes to crush dissenters as necessary. But thats just the game though. Nothing like real life at all.
I wonder if video game developers will be infiltrated by communist sympathizers. Maybe we will see a new publisher open up that denounces the bourgeois trappings of saving "princesses" that represent oppression of the proletariat. The People's Games will feature themes of hard work and equality, while still somehow making the members of the Party (the developers) more equal than the game players themselves. Anyone pointing out that the act of selling the games is counter to the Party's teachings will be sent to the gulag for reeducation.
Paid day off to get drunk and wander around downtown LA topped off with a party with free booze at the company's expense a few blocks away later that evening. I guess they have some video games too or something.
I stopped by EA at SDWest and asked them when they'd be re-introducing M.U.L.E. or Mail Order Monsters, while some golf and football games were sitting there. The guy didn't even know what I was talking about. That's part of what's wrong,
Why would they reintroduce M.U.L.E? I have a working copy sitting on my desk as I type this. What would updating it bring? Mostly more complaints I imagine. I think nothing is wrong with the industry. Times change but sometimes people don't. Maybe its that the industry is still doing fine, and folks like you are the ones not changing with the times.
Reference your quote about "pop music of today". Its not yesterday anymore and in my humble opinion its good that we aren't going back.
I'll do you one better though. At E3 I'll grab some random EA employee at their booth and ask them if they would kindly start making decisions that will cost them money, cause their employees to lose their jobs and their stock holders to lose money. I suspect I'll get a reaction along similar lines.
Hint books? I didn't read past that since you launched with an unprovoked and unwarranted personal attack. I'll assume the rest of your post is apologies and spin. You Nintendo defenders are all the same.
It was a POS. It was Ocarina+boat+flute-horse. It was so easy I finished the game without dying. You rarely fought more than one enemy at a time; the first Zelda was more intense. They have been using the same puzzles since A Link to the Past. Yes this is all negative. Yes I expect to get modded down, but this is not a flame, its accurate information. There is nothing left in Zelda to get excited about, except nostalgia, and they are selling that separately for GBA for $19.99.
So how much did your little investigation cost the hospital? How much did it cost me as a taxpayer? Your paranoia helps noone and hurts everyone. Can you prove you made a single person's life better, other than your pride of course?
Since you say we should worry when someone says they are not guily of abuse, what abuses are you guilty of, and against whom?
I've been accused of and/or arrested for and/or gotten away with most of those things. I, for one, am glad the federal government so accurately represents the people!
To me the most interesting part wasn't what he said, but the images. The game mostly used, Forza Motorsport, is a not yet released xbox game. EBgames.com has it to be released in May on xbox. They also show awards from Halo 2 in the gamer card. Were these games published by Microsoft with features that could be used in their next console? Are we seeing backwards compatibility here? Maybe Microsoft is going to publish versions of these games for their next console as well and thats what we are seeing? I'm actually stoked about going to E3 for the first time in about 5 years. Woot.
Thats a failure on your part. If you have your xbox live account set to require a password, it wont show you as online unless you enter the password. Don't blame the system, Mr. Negative, when the system already accounts for your preferences.
Live enabled != Live play. I won't be giving anything about the next xbox since I don't know anything, but even in the current generation a game being Live enabled means that you can receive invites to play games on Live even if the game is single player only. Play Sands of Time and your friend can see you are "Live enabled" and invite you play Halo 2. Its pretty freakin sweet.
And I don't know what they mean about fantasies of gun violence. I bet 2-Pac wishes they only had fantasies of gun violence. And as near as I can tell, 50 Cent didn't shoot himself. Suge Knight isn't really a nice guy when you get to know him. Snoop really did get put on trial for murder. Man rap music is fun.
Warez0rxing games is one thing. Being the one who leaks an early version is another, IMHO. That goes straight to the heart of trust and inherently makes him unfit for further work in the industry.
The Democratic party needs its core constituents and fine patriots like Lynne Stewart to be able to vote when they get out of jail. It is crucial to the cause.
Depending upon how well this works this could be the DS's real differnation between it and a PSP (though the PSP does have wireless, so they might be able to do something similar).
As you noted, this isn't actually a differentiation, so I don't know why this is Interesting. What IS different is that on the PSP you would be able to SAVE what you download thanks to Memory Stick Duo support.
Or you should ask how one of the largest media corporations in the world managed to run a piece slamming the current president, based only on fake documents, while contacting the DNC, during the presidential race. Or ask them how the manager of the CNN news department, during an international summit, accused american troops of intentionally killing journalists, but was unable to provide any proof and in a true moment of journalistic integrity, refused to demand the videotape of the event be released to clear his name. Or ask them about CNN being openly friendly with Saddam. Or ask them to go back in time for a minute, and ask them about the NY Times denying that the Terror Famine was occuring, even leading to a Pulitzer for the reporter, despite the fact that he was communist sympathizer and lying the whole time. Wait, I suppose those examples wouldn't support your case. I think you may find it best to ignore examples like those.
Where was the profit motive or government ingraciation in CBS and Dan Rather looking like dumbasses? Debunked! But I suppose your few examples of unbiased reporting do cover up for the numerous times the left-wing bias has caused them to be caught red-handed.
You can use it anywhere in the Universe that you bring your PSP. Universal.
I played it today. Went up a level in the Council of Light. Meh. And you would REALLY have to blow it to catch a permadeath. But it could happen.
The key to Civ3 is picking the Babylonians and going for world domination by building religious buldings and wonders and taking over cities by spreading your culture mixed with smaller local skirmishes to crush dissenters as necessary. But thats just the game though. Nothing like real life at all.
I accept your terms.
You don't want to go to Disneyland anyway. That place has gone to hell recently. Deaths, closed and broken rides, no Captain Eo. Forget it.
Who cares about the drivers? I'm excited about the coming vehicular manslaughter due to pedestrians losing their audio cues. That's going to be sweet.
Rad.

Live enabled == Live Advertising == Live Ad Impression Statistics
Perhaps. But thats not actually implemented in the current incarnation of Xbox Live, so technically thats just FUD for now.

Mr. Jackson is a pillar of the community and Moonwalker is gaming gold.
They have been making crappy games with rappers for a while now. Cash rules everything around me.

Unless they published the games themselves, it is unlikely they owned the copyright in the first place.
