2.4 Ghz is unlicensed spectrum, so that means they can produce tons of things for this spectrum, and and not bother with you haveing to get a license to operate it.
I have lived here in Oregon for almost 10 years, I admit I am a transplant from California, however, I am not from the cities there, I am from a small town in rural northern California, and well despise how the state there is run.
Unreasonable state EPA laws, sales tax basically on EVERYTHING, these are just a few reasons why I left.
I watched my hometown economy go down in flames, when the "Spotted Owl" scandal happened, I don't want to see that here.
I say no Sales tax, for the internet, and not for in store purchases, they, the Government already take me and others to the cleaners, on everything else.
Some of my earliest fondest memories are of the shuttle program, I was like 5-6 years old when Columbia 1st launched, with the white fuel tank.
I remember getting up EARLY in the morning to watch the launches.
Good Memories.
yeah, same thing with cell phones, you get LIMITED frequencies, (40 of em) and they will be Jammed with everyone and their dog on them, an example, turn on a CB to channel 17 or 19 (Especially in a Big City) and turn off the squelch, and listen to everyone climbing on top of each others signals, now have "Everyone" in the city doing that.
or better yet,
CB is locked down to 40 frequencies (channels) HAM 2Meter anything from 144.000mhz to to 148.000mhz
it had to start some time, however I think (as well as many others) that it's silly for apple to stop something like this, I think they should just up and release the X86 version of their software and go straight for the whitebox market, releasing their Intel Based machines at a later time.
Obviously they need to do some threats to for their business model running. But Id say it's time to change, and to "Think Diffrent"ly than a closed system. Let DELL and IBM (Lenovo) sell OSX as an option, and keep on making excelent hardware.
I know I have considered Downloading and running the Onoffical OSX for x86, but if it were Legally Available I would but it right away.
I would also think that there will be a support contract to go along on top of the $500 per school, or even a training programe for the local IT people to go and do from linspire for a small Sum of $$$ on top of that $500
diffrent voltron forces, same universe
iirc Voltron Cars, was Voltron 1 and Voltron Lions was Voltron 3, and Voltron 2 never made it to the US (Robot Gladiators)
I agree, My M13 (Black with Teackpoint), from 02-Dec-94 just keep on clicking and clicking and ... well you know ... Clicking.
