If they're linking you to Fandango, a site designed specifically for finding movies showing in your area (and buying tickets online to said movies), why not just use Fandango?
They're creating a single site from scratch that they think will do better at being visible for each area than these established sites have done for their own niche.
The website for Carapelli Ltd. (the supplier) is blank, the street address is a P.O. Box, although they list phone (886-2-25969225) and fax numbers (886-2-25941330) which may be active.
Call it what you like, but handheld multitouch is fairly novel, and the automatic screen-turning isn't too shabby either.
These things aside, with other nearly-iPhones that are around (such as by LG and Meizu), Apple still seems to be doing quite well on that end. Maybe there's something to be said about brand name (and, as some say, attention to detail)? By restricting the realm of what is an Apple device, this can be seen as an attempt to guarantee consistent quality.
Actually, I'm surprised that there hasn't been mention of anyone opt-bombing the system, as your number is only confirmed when registering by phone - they simply require an email confirmation if you do it online.
All you'd need to do is direct all incoming emails @yourdomainnamegoeshere.com to one account, set up an auto-opt system and an auto-respond system, run through all numbers in your area code.
Even if you're registered on the national list, I highly recommend that you check into state laws (and lists, if they have them), as there are variations in what is and isn't protected.
For fellow New Yorkers, here is the official NYS law regarding "Do Not Call".
Hmm... it seems we're losing two "berserker-brawler[s]" [The Choppa and The Hammerer], one "heavy tank" [The Knight of the Blazing Sun], and (roughly) "a World of Warcraft Warrior" [The Blackguard].
There are still 20 of the original 24 promised classes, and there really wasn't an equivalent set of roles across all races anyway, so it may still work out.
The hyperbole by the obviously conservative-leaning original poster and the TFA is ridiculous and is just a prime example of alarmist propaganda, trying to blow this WAY out of proportion.
Why do the poster and TFA have to be necessarily conservative? They may simply have been misinformed (i.e., didn't read up on everything) or have some other reason to dislike Pelosi (i.e., she ran over their cat).
...which already exists.

Good luck with that?
Extra dodgy.

I'm not even sure they're human....
#1 for me is: is $1000 a fixed price, or does it vary by item size?
Don't like it? Vote it down.
Here's a blog covering it.

You got "Mongorians" in there but failed to call it the "shitty wall"?
Wow. Just... wow.
Wow - you're right. Sorry about that; I never saw the movie in theaters, and didn't remember the DVD having the short....
Yep. "Finding Nemo" didn't have a short attached, and "Red's Dream" didn't have a full movie attached.
Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
It was "Cars".
And, in case you haven't seen: they're all here.
"The Incredibles" opened with "Boundin'".
Nice animation, but a little too saccharine for me.

I'll try not to pull a "fanboi" moment here, but you're leaving out their decision to make innovation-heavy niche market items as well.
iPhone anyone?
Showing a remarkably high trading value?
Yes, IBM "got out of the game". No, it was not necessarily bad for them.
Only on Tuesdays and holidays.
Taking rumble to the next level....

Me, I'm still pissed about the lack of Skaven.

Worth a chuckle at least.

Never forget Hanlon's razor.
