    It might wery well be a pain in the butt to get windows apps to run on linux, but have you ever tred to run a linux app on windows. Sure you can use cygwin, but I WILL be a f**king pain in the butt. I have tried caus I find both kontact and evolution to be smother to work with than outlook... Then I thought; "hmmm... most of the apps I use are web based...." Now I run Mepis (which by the way is so simple to install my grand mother could do it) and now my computer just works all day :p

    I read somewere that the reason we have not had an iceage for some time, is that "we" have cleared the forests that once covered europe. If this is the case, is maybe some global warming needed for our survival?

    IRA and ETA has a little different agenda with their bombs. They are supposed to scare and get support, but it they over do it they will lose support. This is why IRA and ETA often warn of their attacks so there will be as few lifes lost as possible. This is however not the case for middle east terrorists as large parts of the population sees Europeans and Americans as the enemies and therefore they are legit targets.

    What's the best thing about Eclipse?

    With the javascript and php plugins it's manages to give me a great outline of my files, which do save me alot of time :D Aloot better than any other linux development enviorment I've ever tried :D

    I notice ppl often bitch about gentoo having to compile everything. But shouldn't that ensure that the system is always tuned to your hardware? I've never tried gentoo(I use xp/debian), but it's not that uncommon that I've had to compile something to get it running anyways.
