It's a sign that more viewers are not logged into YouTube, of which is required in order to Like or Dislike videos. Most likely means majority of them are mobile device using viewers. While others, like myself, are possibly those who view videos via Private/Incognito mode so it makes it more difficult for tracking who's watching.

Just something to give you some perspective as to why Like/Dislike sum is so disproportionate to view count.

Wonder when Google will fix YouTube where you have to press play twice in order for it to start playing a video with autoplay disabled.

Mozilla has been pushing hard to make Firefox to be exactly like Google Chrome along with its limitations and lack of customizability. By Firefox v57 there will be no reason to ever use Firefox anymore because of Web Extensions won't allow users to install real extensions that allow them to actually change Firefox's behavior and UI as they want it to instead of Mozilla's ideology of having Firefox be a Chrome copycat. The pathetic Theme options in future Firefox versions is just as awful as Windows 10's themes and limited color choices, meaning no real options at all.

So I find it hilarious that somebody from Mozilla is concerned with Chrome becoming the only web browser in town when it's Mozilla themselves pushing the remaining Firefox users away towards Google Chrome because of their behavior and border-line user hostility. Because why bother using a gimmick when you can use the real thing?

  13. Except that a kiosk still doesn't solve the problem. Matter of fact in majority of the mishaps isn't caused by the person taking the order even at a drive-thru in my experience. For instance I walked in to dine at an east Nashville located Hardee's where they had a kiosk on the far right side where they normally have a regular register. I placed the order on it for a 1/2lb bacon cheese thickburger meal, opted for an extra paddy, and round up the final bill for charity and get a cookie, cause why not as I had skipped breakfast and was having quite a late lunch that day.

After about 8 minutes the order was ready, went back to the register counter, got the meal, and sat down back at the table I had chosen after placing the order. I was about 1/4th-way through the burger when I realized this is just a regular single paddy no-bacon cheese burger and the cookie wasn't provided either. Come to find out the teenager who was mostly busy goofing off behind the counter doing practically nothing by standing idly around most of time, and talking with his friends who were trying to do their jobs by making the meals in the back, was responsible for fulfilling the orders by assembling the food on to trays for dining-in customers or into paper bags to give to the customers at the drive-thru. Well this kid had swapped my order with a drive-thru customer's order because he wasn't paying attention. And of course the manager wasn't around to resolve the situation.

I haven't been to a Hardee's since then. Mainly because their restaurants are far away from where I live and I only stopped by there because I hadn't had their burgers in a long time and doesn't motivate me to go the extra mile to eat there again cause I remember the last aforementioned dining-in experience.

I can definitely say that there was no such optional component labelled "Raptr" -or- "AMD Gaming Evolved App" at the time I last used their installer. They probably finally made it optional after so many complaints. It says a lot when you enter "raptr" very first search suggestion is "raptr uninstall".

Yes, nVidia's installer file is getting bigger and bigger each year, however at least most of it is optional (graphics drivers and control panel for it aren't), unlike AMD's installers where it wasn't possible to opt out of Raptr garbage. GeForce Experience, PhysX, 3D stereo features, and such are completely optional even in their latest driver for my GTX 970.

When I last had to install AMD drivers for Windows for a family member late last year, cause their laptop had a ATI embedded card in it, it feels like AMD has sold by not providing an option at all to not install Raptr which caused a lot of problems until I finally figured out what the hell it was causing the non-closable dialog prompt/splash screen, something about 'gaming membership', every Windows startup without killing it via task manager.

These directions have nothing to do with controlling updating of device drivers through Windows Update. It clearly says "Device installation" as in it only controls as to what to do when a new device is detected and software needs to be installed in order for new devices to function.

As of right now there is no known way for regular Windows users, even on Professional edition, to pick and choose which new software/driver updates to install or ignore. This greatly concerns me as Microsoft is known to distribute graphics drivers lacking the proper OpenGL support compared to acquiring the drivers from the vendor themselves.

Killzone's multiplayer mode actually outputs natively in 960x1080 resolution, half of the 1920x1080 standard for "1080p." To output full 1080p graphics, this source image is fixed with a "temporal upscale" that fills in gaps with a horizontal interlace made up of pixels from the previous frame. The result is graphical performance that the lawsuit (and many reviews) call "blurry to the point of distraction."

Last time I checked that's called interlaced video, not progressive. Just because source video is 1080i, but goes out the HDMI video transmitter chip as 1080p it does not make it OK to call it 1080p since the source video is not progressive.

There is one bug I've noticed by using the old download manager is that the title of its window will clear out leaving it a titleless window after all downloads are completed. Closing and reopening the downloads window will cause the title to be restored. A warning though that this key might fail to work in the next release or so. Just like the status bar fiasco.

You'll also need to customize the toolbar in order to remove the new downloads icon though. Also the "new" download manager is still accessible via History menu &> Show All History after making the above configuration change.

Well, the GPL gives you the right to modify anything as long as you license it under the GPL and include the license, and that would include the copyright notices.

The GPL gives nobody such rights to remove/move copyright notices. You only have the right to append your name and year to such a notice when you contribute changes to the work. Original copyright notices must be left alone as Kjella mentioned for United States in USC 17506(d), and it is required in the GPL as mentioned on the FAQ: I want to get credit for my work. I want people to know what I wrote. Can I still get credit if I use the GPL?.

Otherwise we'd have a problem with something like the BSD advertising clause.

The classic BSD license is incompatible with the GPL as only the so called revised or new BSD licenses that removed the advertising clause are compatible with the GPL as stated in the FAQ: Why is the original BSD license incompatible with the GPL?. So now would you please stop making assumptions and actually read the license you so carelessly claim it allows people to do things it clearly does not.
