That’s exactly my thoughts. And TFA didn’t specify which types of documents? If it’s mainly MS Office documents, SharePoint is probably one of the best solutions. Especially if you are considering upgrading to Office 2010.
Also what’s the size of your needs? SharePoint is free (WSS, aside of a Windows server 2003 licence) if your needs are small enough (Less than 2gb of data for MSSQL Express (free)).
I wonder how much time the submitter actually invested in throwing away SharePoint?
"Amazon has given a [...] refund". So, you assume Sony will refund Amazon?
Altough I am RTFA, I didn't RTFA so:
"(1) comply with the description given by the seller and possess the same qualities and characteristics as other similar goods" Was the Other OS characteristics ever listed as a sales argument / product description by Sony?
yes, but a 100$ fine is fairly different than a 100K$ or more lawsuit -- from which you may get ruined.
And which is more dangerous: downloading a movie or passing on a red light?
Me and my friends are doing almost the same as you. We use a 51" projection tv and a projector against a wall for playing Halo, 8 at a time, using system links (4 / TV).
Now, I just wait for the cinema here (which have 12 screens) to do this...!
Actually, GPS sattelites contains 4 atomic clocks (scroll down to "internal components"). Also, the basic accurancy of a GPS is about 100 meters (just bellow the second image). You can achieve about 7 meters when using WAAS and even less when using a DGPS beacon like LAAS.
A: Yes. Any telemarketers calling U.S. consumers are covered, regardless of where they are calling from. If a company within the U.S. solicits sales through an overseas professional telemarketer, that U.S. company is liable for any violations by the telemarketer. The FTC can initiate enforcement actions against such companies.
So, local US companies cannot use overseas telemarketers.
According to this: http://www.visualstudio.com/products/visual-studio-online-overview-vs "Visual Studio Online, formerly Team Foundation Service, is the home for your project data in the cloud.". So No, it is NOT an IDE.
