I should probably explain better...
I opened IE. I checked which processes are running. explorer and IEXPLORE were running. I closed IE. IEXPLORE went away. Then i opened My Computer. I typed google.com in there and it went to google. I checked which processes are running and no IEXPLORE.
404 error pages are served by the server corresponding to the domain you typed in. if the domain doesn't exist (i.e. doesn't point to a server) then you get the msn search page or the VeriSign thing in the past.
You're right. When i said there is no difference I meant there is no difference like there is between Home and Pro. It's not like Corp offers features different from Home or Pro.
This Citibank one's even more sophisticated than having an image cover the address bar:

If you want to learn a new language or are that concerned about the OS you use, go to ITT tech or something like that.
If you want a well-rounded education where they teach you how to think, and focus on wisdom, rather than straight up knowledge which will be obsolete on graduation day anyway, go to a university.
That's right. Before last night, he got 3 Final Jeopardys wrong in a row. That's big, but not big enough to make him lose on jeopardy. In Millionaire though, he would have multiple choice at least.
I have a free subscription to eWeek which I enjoy very much. I got tired of tech magazines for the average Joe. eWeek is a little higher class, but still manages to feature stupid MS ads.
How'd they get a 2 char domain name? They must have registered A9.com years ago.

If you only deny iexplorer, people can still use IE browse the 'net. I tried it on my machine.
Sadly, just to be able to run Windows :-)
That won't work. You'd need to deny explorer.exe too and if you do that you'll screw windows.
Why would the users at your work be physically near a server to put a USB key in?
We're using Eric's Openthought software at work. It's great and saves $$$.

The "corporate" part is how the licensing works. It's no different that XP Pro. It means you don't have to bother with Activation.
The last thing we need is flying SUVs.
and that means you're a bad person and should go to a federal pound-me-in-the-a$$ prison
It would be neat to use some kind of tool to compare the two pics and see how much brighter/dimmer we are in 2004 than 2000.
Why did you let them know about your video card? Or would they have detected it anyway?

You gotta teach yourself some of this stuff. I learned PHP, Perl, MySQL, etc etc on my own.

I'm salaried. I didn't enjoy the OT...

I'm pretty sure the parent was just kidding...
Just to be a troll, I registered as "HerbStempel" on the Jeopardy message board on jeopardy.com
