    I see what you did there. EULA is really only 10 pages. The rest of the pages is the same EULA translated to other languages.

    Implying that the EULA is 325 pages of pertinent text in the readers native language is a bit disingenuous, no?

    Cause if there was Apple related crime in 2011, you have to remove that to see exactly what the crime rate did without Apple.

    Do you really think that they paid 78% of their income to the government as taxes?

    Even if you take out that 78% was the marginal rate, i.e. 78% of everything over $1million (or whatever it was) there were still tax shelters that they could use to reduce their gross income.

    Do you really think that now is the only time there are/were rich people influencing the government for breaks?

    Regular folks do not want to be bothered with manually copying files from where they can'f find them on their hard drive to where they can't find the proper directory on their iPod.

    Regular folks do not need to see where their files are at all times.

    I would think that Chevy would want to implement that too, for their customers.

    Also remember that XP was coming out around the same time that Mac OS X debuted, but XP did not have that name until after Apple announced Mac OS X.
    I remember reading stories about it and when MS was asked what XP meant, they replied "Experience".

    Uh, you can put a printer on the desktop in modern OSX. You can then drag a doc to it and get it printed.

    System Preferences-->Print & Scan-->Drag printer to Desktop-->Drag doc to printer for printing.

    Or if you don't want to bother with that, just click on the file you want printed and press Command P on your keyboard.

    You can even imagine you are doing that from the CLI if you are so inclined.

    If that is the first time you took them out, can you really blame them for not enjoying something that they have not done most of their lives?
    I mean when did they start playing on computers? 2? 3?
    When was the first time they flew a kite or saw their dad doing it? Yesterday?
    Not hating, but complaining about kids not enjoying what you enjoyed is really beyond their responsibility.

    This is how the economy in the US works.

    Rich people do silly things with their money. Regular people earn a living every time a rich person does something silly with their money.

    Every time he buys or leases a new MB, someone has to do the paperwork, clean the new car, deliver the new car, sell the new car. It seems that the only people who don't get any benefit or work are the folks at the license window at the DMV. Taxes are paid, I'm sure.

    We need people like Jobs to keep the economy running.

    Imagine if all the millionaires and billionaires only spent as much money as regular folks. Lots of folks would not have jobs.

    Does everyone that does something altruistic have to make sure that everyone knows it?
    Or is it just rich people, so that people with less money can sanctimoniously judge by their charitable giving credentials?
