I sometimes play music loudly in my car with the windows down. I assume they'd be mad at me for that too.
If so, I'm very, very sorry. Don't worry, it's not the kind of crappy music that you're worried about people hearing for free anyway. This music is good.
None of the titles have really been all that applicable to the films.
A New Hope: Wasn't all that new, and there appeared to be very little hope anyway. Luke was a whiny brat, and wasn't all that crucial in the final attack on the Death Star. Lucky shot, I say.
The Empire Strikes Back: It does? It seemed to me that they'd been fighting fairly consistently. Plus, one attack on one planet and only blowing up a few power generators doesn't get them back for destroying a massive weapon like the Death Star.
Return of the Jedi: Luke was never gone, and the Jedi as a whole hadn't completely gone either. No one returned. Revenge of the Jedi made more sense, but Jedi don't take revenge...
The Phantom Menace: No one finds Jake Lloyd menacing.
Attack of the Clones: Seemed like the clones did more defending than attacking. They blew up a few Trade Federation ships, but that's nothing spectacular.
Another point could be that they really aren't terribly concerned. Most people won't notice these mistakes the first time through, some not even ever, so it really isn't worth the time or effort (equally $) to fix them.
As well, who is going to avoid watching a movie just because they know a scar switches sides in one scene? Probably no one, so if it isn't going to affect ticket sales, why bother changing it?
I hate to say it, but won't more projects like this cause console prices (X-box especially) to rise? Microsoft is losing tons of money on these things as is, but expect to regain the money on game sales. I'm not sure how many games run on WindowsCE that you can by from MS right now that could help them recoup their losses on these things.
If people aren't buying the games, instead just putting other OSs on them, it just might cause MS to raise their prices so they're not selling at such a loss anymore. Frankly, they're not competing too well against Sony as is, so raising the price a little probably wouldn't hurt them all that much more in the long run.
Pilot Dr. Grip Gel. Great pen, pretty cheap (under $10, IIRC) and really comfortable. It's great if you have large hands like me and your hand cramps when using thin pens. My hand usually gets really sore and cramped when using pens, so I was really impressed with this one. However, it goes through ink FAST, so make sure the store you buy it from also sells refills. I doodle a lot in school and went through the all the ink within 2 weeks.
I'm not even 20 yet, and we adopted the internet fairly early, so I've definitely grown up using it as an information source.
I was too young to be interested in watching the news or reading the paper when we got the internet, so when I finally became interested in news, the internet was right there.
News on TV, and in the paper especially, is just far too slow and outdated for me. Google News,/. and Fark are where I get my information about the world. Because of this, I never hear information about local happenings, but I live in a pretty boring city, so it's all good. Well, at least I think it's a boring city.. I don't really know...
Frankly, I think it's good that a major corporation is finally taking such a keen interest in the personal lives of their customers. DRM allows them to keep and eye on us, be our "Big Brother" if you will, just to make sure everything's okay. I don't know about you, but I feel safe and secure in the hands of such a responsible company.
Most of the webcomics out there that are generating profit from their sites are doing so because they never had that intention to begin with. They set out to do something they enjoyed that they hoped others would also. For a webcomic to be successful, the creators have to enjoy it, because it's a lot of work and it takes a long time to build a fanbase, let alone start making money.
The webcomic I write, BandWich, has a very limited fanbase despite being having been around well over a year. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication for a webcomic to be successful in such a saturated field.
Well quite clearly he is.
Forgive him for this blasphemy, he knows not what he says...

Tapping on the lid doesn't even do anything for normal cans. Wait, yes it does. Hold on, no it doesn't. Shit, I don't even know.
I agree for the most part, but if everyone solved their own problems, IT people would be out of a job.

Melissa J. Harrington.
I'm hot already.
It's not really an invention, but Joss Whedon's Firefly was the coolest thing released this year, IMO.

"Tim Berners-Lee", of course, is just a clever pseudonym for Al Gore. The article failed to mention this.
Didn't Apple die? Wait, that was BSD...
I kid, of course..
Problems with voting are clear and simple proof that fascist dictatorships are the only way to go.
E-Communism and E-Oppression would be far more successful, no doubt.
No no, see he did it.
Someone set them up the bomb.
Rules are for sissies.
"What walk? You'll have the flying car..."
Kevin Smith's short film.

"Please do not make this harder to us that it already is!"
Shouldn't it be "for us" and "than"? Isn't it possible that these members of parliment might think less of this letter based on grammar?
Of course, that sentence could be correct. If so, I'm an idiot. My bad.
