    Time is money. If you develop on a 500mhz machine and have to wait for it to complie things, etc. Then you may be worse off than if you had purchaced a faster machine.

    AMD have a "jack of all trades" type workforce. Instead of everyone working on different projects and getting lots of things done slowly, they all work on the same thing at the same time to get a few things accomplished really fast.

    So yes the whole company stopped working on releasing the new chipset and are now all working on the investigating the re-labeling.

    My City council has a map of the city that can be zoomed in and out, and the streetnames are searchable. I find it very useful.

    Because everyone seems to buy the cheapest and fastest drives. The faster the drive the noisier it will be.

    There is some linux software that will let you lower the read speed of cd/dvd drives making them alot quiter.
