Is it just me or does anybody else have problems after downloading Autopatcher? When extracting the files in the.exe file it gives lots of errors about corrupt files. I've downloaded from different sources and using different programs (firefox, wget, internet explorer) and it makes no difference. Any thoughts?
(Fry and Leela shut Bender out of the moon lander)
Bender: Fine, I'll make my own lunar lander! With blackjack, and hookers...in fact forget the lunar lander and the blackjack!...ah, screw the whole thing.
Thanks for your reaction! If your top left extra function key is 'browser back' and the hub is located behind the top of the center of the keyboard, then you have the same one I had. The usb cable was only for the hub in my case, but you might be luckier.
But anyway, I read that there are relatively cheap ps/2 to usb converters on the market, so it is not a really big problem. I'd rather spend $15 than get more RSI...
Or what about people using a microsoft natural keyboard? I have yet to see an usb version and typing on a regular keyboard gives me RSI pain in minutes..
My Dell Lattitude D600 is also equipped with a smartcard reader by default..
Welcome to slashdot dude :)
From the back of my strained eye-nerves, thank you very much! I really appreciate it!
For instance, getting a first post on slashdot :)
That reminds me of the utlities you could download to "upgrade" (*ahem*) your 386 to a 486 :)

Putty is self contained? I beg to differ..
s ions" if you want to see what I mean :)
Check out the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimonTatham\PuTTY\Ses
Of course remove the space in 'Sessions'...

Yes, but how big is his dunda? :)
Very nice, simple explanation. The best one I've seen in ages!
You could implement it as a Firefox extension ;-)
This new theme takes us back to 1995....freaking ugly :(
Ugh. I couldn't even stand burning 25 discs to backup my precious porn.
:)
This is one of the few places where referring to your porn stash adds validity to the argument you're trying to make
> What does WTF mean?
This reminds me of this brilliant bash.org quote
For the click-impaired:
what the fuck is wtf
Anyone have a version that wasn't proof-read and corrected by Yoda? ;-)
In stead of using raw X over SSH, perhaps you could try tightvnc?
That little Dunnart is going to get a hell of a slashdotting!
;-)
Perhaps a good idea for the next release? I can see it coming:
Linux 2.6.3 codename 'Dunnart hosted on 2 gigabit connection'
More like VxWorks, as has been discussed here quite a lot. But you make a valid point nonetheless :)

Strangest one is that City of God got three nominations... although it had its NY/LA debut in December 2003
:)
Even stranger is that I saw the movie last summer (end of June) in New York. So the December debut quite surprises me
Mod parent up! Why was this off-topic? Has anyone even read the Y-windows thesis that the parent was talking about? It had some really nice ideas..
For a minute there, I read "Phil Collins" there and wondered what the hell he was doing on Mars :)
If I recall correctly, Norwich is a city in the UK. Did you perhaps meant to say 'Norway'? :)
..for just $699 :)
